I've used Tax Speialists since 2015, 6 years. Xavier, the owner, is mild mannered, very calm and an expert on tax matters. He accurately and quickly answered every tax question that I asked him. Tax Specialists fee is very reasonable.Rest assured that you're in good care with Tax Specialists.I should know!Several years ago, Xavier helped me out of a three year non-filing tax hole that I dug myself in to. Xavier calmly handled my tax situation with a smile. Horrible, awful, terrible. Took my money and did NO work for me and provided no guidance. I ended up having to work with the IRS directly. Every time I had a question, I was told I needed to contact the IRS... who would not talk to me since I signed a power of attorney. When I finally tried to make him do work he tried to tell me his rate was $250/hour. Totally unprofessional and ZERO help at all. Took 3-4 emails and phone calls to get a response every single time. Would never call back - only email - of course, it's an hourly service and the phone would resolve issues faster! You would be better served throwing your hard earned money in the toilet than hire their services. Save yourself the headache! Call the taxpayer advocate or go to another company!
