they hardly ever have cashiers. Almost as bad as Kroger. I had a basket full of fruits and vegetables and I had no way of understanding where all of the different items were hidden in the menus. I was furious. And the week of Christmas non the less. Why cant they schedule people to run an actual register.

No-just no. The staff are incredibly rude and their eyes follow you with disapproving and judgmental stares as if they don't work at a Target!!

The worst Target in the chain. My wife wanted some new bed pillows so we stopped here. My wife recently had surgery and planned to ride a electric cart. It indicated it was fully charged, Went to the pillow aisle in bedding. She found some she liked. None that she picked out had pricing. No dept workers. Go to the website. Wouldn't work in 5G so connected to Target WiFi. Still wouldn't go past their home page. What a garbage situation.Went to the the scan station. It wouldn't work. It would read the bar code, make a noise, and accept that it had scanned. But would not display a price. Here was a house phone so I picked up. It rang and rang for several minutes and no f'n answer. Went back to wife and her e cart was dead. F it. We walked out. There are lots of reasons I hate Target as a retailer and as a corporation. Yet again my dislike of their general ineptitude at basic retail concepts like pricing your goods, having a working website, and having the equipment working that disabled customers need hammers home. Last time they screwed me when a small purchase on a debit card was caught in a hack of their system that exposed how out of date their security systems were, which caused my bank account to be locked up for a couple weeks. And no apology in the letter from the CEO. I rarely go to Target, especially this shit location, and doubt I'm back for another five years, if ever.I'm a 40 year retail veteran from running a store to being an exec. Target is just a clownshows operation. They are more focused on their woke agenda than actually running a store that works.

5 STARS FOR ISAIAH IN THE ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT!!!!! HE HELPED ME WITH MY PS5 PURCHASE FOR MY BOYFRIENDS CHRISTMAS GIFT!!! He was the most helpful, professional, friendly person inside of that Target. very informative and PATIENT. If customer service was like this everywhere, then this world would be a better place. Happy Holidays!!

Two times now I have bought pro from Target in Arlington Texas on Arbrook road. First it was two packages of pork chops and today it was baby back ribs. When I opened the ribs they were so rotten it stunk up our whole house. Obviously, Target does not manage there meat properly. Do yourself a favor and buy meat somewhere else.

It's doesn't matter what time of day or night you come here, There's a slow check-out time. They have 20+ registers in the middle with maybe 1-2 open at a time, and 4 self check-outs at both entrances that seems to always have one broken. Why they don't clear out 1-2lanes and build more self checkouts on either end is a sphinxian mystery.

I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a Walmart. And trust me, If you know, you know. That is saying a lot. They floors, stalls, walls, sinks, trash cans, all dirty. Trash cans out front of store over flowing. Store is so messy and trashy. No one cares here and it shows. Painfully obvious.I would rather drive 30 mins in the opposite direction to pass this target and go elsewhere. I love target, but dang.

My hubs and I were down in south Arlington, so we decided to go ahead and stop to pick up some groceries on 12/30/21. Since they have a pharmacy, we thought it would be wise to just pick up everything in one stop so we wouldn't have to go Walgreen's later as we just needed Sudafed, but the one with the actual pseudoephedrine in it that's behind the counter. No big deal right?!? Apparently not Pretty quick service as there was only one gentleman ahead of us. The young, female technician was very pleasant and asked what we needed. So we told her, one box of the bigger sized generic Sudafed (the little round, red pills lol), bc our whole family of 3 has been dealing with sinus issues and upper respiratory problems, so we've basically been LIVING off Sudafed for the past month. She got it, scanned it, my hubs swiped his ID, no biggie. Went to pay with our HSA card, but CVS/Target didn't take it. Again, no big deal, so we let her know that we would just get it elsewhere that would take our HSA card. So she canceled the purchase. Now here's where it gets all screwy. We went to Walgreen's to pickup the generic Sudafed, but we were denied and given the receipt with the little number so you can go to the Nplex website to see why. They are the ones who keep track of all pseudoephedrine purchases, just in case you aren't aware. We knew we had bought a lot within a 30 day timeframe, but not enough to be flagged and denied a purchase. Come to find out, bc we had purchased a few boxes when we first got sick, we were only able to purchase one larger box on his ID bc you can only get 9 grams of pseudoephedrine in a 30 day period (I honestly had no idea as we only buy it a couple times a year when really sick from the "crud" as we call it lol). CVS/Target had left the purchase on his ID/record and so we couldn't buy anymore with his ID and I didn't have mine on me. So I called CVS/Target and the only way to have it removed from the purchased log is to come back to the store so they can do a "refund" and swipe his ID again. It's frustrating bc we don't live close to the store and honestly, if that's what needed to be done, why didn't the pharmacy tech/cashier tell us that when we said we needed to cancel the purchase since they didn't take our card?! A frustrating situation that could have been handled immediately after we let her know we needed to cancel the purchase and also would save us gas (which so is NOT cheap at the moment) so we wouldn't have to make the extra stop OR have to go back to Target to do a "refund" which isn't really a refund bc we did NOT actually buy the meds there. So just a heads up if you need to cancel a pseudoephedrine purchase, here or wherever, make sure they do a "refund" so that you're still able to make said purchase and not denied (as you can only buy 3.6 grams in a 24hr period. I learned a LOT about the rules and quantities of pseudoephedrine purchases BECAUSE of all this crap). Typically, I would just have used my ID, but couldn't bc I didn't have it, but that should not have been the issue. So just wanted to give others a heads up in case they run into a similar issue here or at other pharmacies. Happy New Year's!

Stopped by this place to get a gift bag, a gift card, and a gift for my daughter's friends birthday party. We also got a card. They had everything that we needed. We were in and out quickly. We found the last item of acrylic nails in blue on the shelf, not in the right place. It was exactly what my daughter was looking for. Thank God as HE was listening to her prayers.

This is the Target I've been shopping at lately, both in person and delivery through the app. They seem to consistently have a greater variety of stock, especially in the food department, and especially compared to my little tiny Target on Eastchase. Although I still can't find fresh jalapenos at any Target around me, what the heck?! That's my one grocery staple that Target never seems to have (sometimes they have them in person, but never with delivery). Target has saved me a lot of time and money when it comes to keeping my baby clothed, blanketed, and bibbed -- they always have the cutest things in addition to the basics. And via the app, I typically find weekly deals on other baby necessities (diapers, wipes, bottle soap, etc.). I've also kept myself clothed in comfy wear during this damn pandemic. Lots of leggings, oversized t-shirts, and bike shorts. Time to get ready because it's September 1st, which means the fall season has officially begun, which means I'm gonna start buying fall and Halloween goodies every Target run for the next 2 months. YAY.

If you are still scared of Covid shop here. This is your store. I was waiting in line to check out and the cashier kept raising her voice at the elderly man in front of me because he wasn't aware he was standing close the the customer in front of him. The look on the poor mans face was sad. The lady had her baby with her. He was not aware since they were already done with the lady's transaction and she should have been gone by that point. Im all for masks and rules if the businesses require them but there is a way to talk to your customers. Especially the elderly. If your still scared of Covid keep your babies home like I do.
