So we have two different kind of Tmobile stores. One that is like a corporate store and one that is not. What is the difference? Little Road location takes cash and promises you phenomenal trade in prices for your phone. What you get though is a cancelation of your purchase, excuses that they are going to credit your account and then some crazy auditor sees his bottom line is shrinking and steals your money and tells you to pound sand. There is either thieves working in the store up to the manager or Tmobile is disgustingly corrupt! Beware of this store and make certain you write that you are turning in a phone and how much they are paying for it right on the contract and whatever you do never pay cash!

ZERO stars———Go anywhere else but this franchise they are shady!!!!!Boo-This is gonna be a long one, but this is a warning buyer. BEWARE do not give anyone in the store CASH because corporate office will tell you that they do not accept cash and when they mess up your transaction, you will not be eligible for a refund. For a Christmas gift I bought two new cell phones and I paid $700 down in CASH and gave them an iPhone 12 trade in then the rest I was going to do in payments and a few weeks later I get a notification that one of the cell phones is discontinued so they canceled the order of both phones I went into the store and told them that the discontinued phone was not able to be sent or the other phone so I needed to order two iPhone15s he told me he could not refund me $700.00 because they don’t hold cash in the store, which I thought was strange because they accepted my cash prior. But he said it wouldn’t be a problem just to call customer service and that they could handle the refund and then when I bought the two new phones that they did have in stock that day, he told me I had to pay the tax, even though I was owed $700. For the two phones, it ended up being around $250 or so. When I got a hold of customer service explained to them what happened they said that they would send me a gift card in the mail and it would take about three weeks to get it and it would be for the full amount of $700 I waited about a month and I never received anything and I called T-Mobile customer service back and they told me That they don’t send out gift cards then they said that they would give me $100 credit for each month towards my bill. I wasn’t hurting for the money at the time so I said that was fine the first month I got $100 credit second month I had to call and remind them about the hundred dollar credit the next month I had to call and remind them about the hundred dollar credit, after that I called customer service cause I didn’t receive my next credit and they told me that I wasn’t going to get any more credits because the store that I paid $700 cash doesn’t accept cash. So someone either stole my money, so either Tmobile’s line or that Store is lying but I have receipts showing that I paid cash and the T-Mobile escalation manager said that that’s just how the receipt writes it up. It’s not actually a cash deposit. I am making a report to the FTC tell everyone I know not to trust T-Mobile never trade in a phone because your credits also will not equal the full amount of your trade-in. It’s a bait and switch it is illegal and you cannot trust this business.They are crooks!!!

I have been having trouble trying to get a business account started and became way more complicated than expected. I wanted to cancel everything and walked in the Little Rd. Location in Arlington and was very please with the professionalism from Julian and Melissa. They were both very kind and patient with my situation and I'm glad they were able to get everything fixed.

Worst location ever!! Been here multiple times because its the closest location for me, but no matter what the situation is they don't resolve it, the manager seems to make it worse. My phone wasn't working due to a manufacturer defect and they said that they weren't able to help me, then I go to the Tmobile location on Cooper and they resolved it in less than 5 minutes.

My salesman kept pushing other items after I told him I only needed a cheap phone, so I left went to T-Mobile on East Berry in fort Worth got what I wanted, won't recommendT-Mobile on little road to pushy

I went to this location instead of the Cooper one because I thought it would be less busy and I’m glad I did. My phones SIM card was having issues, and I went in to this T-Mobile to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, it seemed to be an internal kind of hardware issue, and I had to get a new phone. However, Lorenzo really tried his best and put in such an effort into trying to fix it. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to upsell me a new phone, but he was really trying to help me and tried out so many different ways to try to fix my phone. He was very kind and helpful.

I was skeptical to go to this store with the poor reviews. I am glad I went! The staff was helpful and polite! I'll definitely return to this store!! Keep up the good work!!
