AB was amazing I walked in with mobile gateway and cord that my dog chewed I was out in 30 seconds with a new cord and a smile! Excellent service 10/10 recommend if your dog chews your cord!

I dont know if the people who work at this location are instructed to lie to people and misinform them about the monthly payments.. but i have been struggling with this branch for months and months, my issue started with the old team and the new team now that they have changed the managers and the workers. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE , and they dare to have the audacity of telling me that i am the problem. My bill was supposed to be 190 i have been billed for 350 and they said that is only the first month, after i paid it I received another bill for 300 something then i went to the branch and they dropped it and promised that it wont happen again. But the month following that it still happened and i had to go there again. And for the 3rd month i got a bill for 200~ something and i had to go there again, same thing for the 4th month but there was a new management tram which the i personally never dealt with someone so rude before in my entire life the manager has 0 professionalism and has the worst attitude. After more than an hour and 5 calls with 611 and I don’t know who they called they dropped it and promised this wasn’t gonna happen again but yet this months bill came at 220. THEY WILL ROB YOU IN THIS LOCATION. And T MOBILE IS THE WORST TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They sell u a dream and then it costs u more than a car payment… I seriously dont suggest u purchase anything from them. And i only asked for 3 lines and was charged for 5 lines. A bunch of lies in this store be aware

This location is PITIFUL! Some of the kids there display an obvious attitude as though we are imposing on their time when asking for help. I seriously wonder what are they being paid for to hang around the store. Background "music" to too loud even to converse. Two employees during one recent visit refused to help me with a billing error and asked me to leave or they would call the police. They accused me of being racist when I attempted to explain to them that their suggestion of calling 611 for help was absolutely fruitless because of my extensive experience with your completely incompetent "tech support."

I always come here because they’re always so knowledgeable when it comes to issue with my phone. Came in today and noticed everyone was new. The boys here are very rude and didn’t even bother to help!

Worst experience at a phone company of all time. It took an hour and a half for them to tell me the phone I had had to be unlocked. The Spanish music playing was WAY too loud. I felt like I was in a nightclub instead of a phone company.

I had a pleasant visit at this location. Diana was very helpful and patient explaining all of the details of my bill. She also went above and beyond to fix an issue I had on my phone. To top it off, I got a good Black Friday deal.

If i could give zero stars i would in a heartbeat, they don't even deserve the one required to leave the review.Like many other people on here this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had when dealing with a company! Especially one backed by a large corporation who should have standards. Like many other people have mentioned the associates here lie and it apparently is the standard. We went in after talking to Stephanie who was supposed to be in some sort of management or assistant manager position, we asked to sign up for the essentials plan they offer and after asking Stephanie a MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION if we were going to be signed up for that plan and confirmed with her repeatedly that our monthly bill would be 105 she flat out lied to my face more than once. When we left the bill was all sorts of wrong, we asked for four lines and for some reason had five on our account, in addition we were signed up for an entirely different plan charging nearly 3 times the amount. We went back to ask about it and the same manager lied to my face again saying the plan was corrected and refusing to remove the fifth line that we never asked to have in our plan. Not only was it not the plan we signed up for a our, it turned out they have charged us for an entire month of service that we didn't even have with them at this outrageous price that we did not agree to. I had to stop going there and find a corporate location to fix the plan and almost a month later am still dealing with all the lies that this location caused. Because of this location I will be contacting The corporate office providing details about this location and my experience as well as filling a complaint to the better business bureau, this is not only lies but literal theft trying to charge me incorrectly for a phone plan I did not sign up for for a month that I never even had service. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!
