Since We got to the counter he was with his bad attitude and bad service.

Drove 6 hours to pick up a torque converter I ordered. I got home and found that the part did not fit. The part was welded to the improper size (11.5, instead of 10.5) and was filled with dirt and there was a small hole somewhat drilled inside of it with metal shavings. The part is completely useless and could be very destructive to someone's transmission. Let's see how long it takes them to send me a good actual part and take this hunk of junk back.

Possibly the coolest store on the planet! I could browse for hours. But recently, I had a Holley 4160 carburetor to fix, and not much time to fix it. Local auto parts stores were useless, but this Summit location had the two parts I needed in stock. I was able to fix the carb by the end of the day. Thank you Summit!
