these apartments are an absolute joke. i went to see the apartments and they said to me it’s a $10 for a pool view apartment but when i looked at the pool i was disgusted having to pay $10 for a pool view. i would pay $1000 to not see that pool. the living standard does not look good at all. ABSOLUTE TRASH

If you respect yourself, don’t live in this apartment complex. It’s a horror story waiting to happen. 20+ roaches running under your fridge in the middle of the night is just how it starts. Add rude management without empathy in the mix and you have the perfect recipe for disaster. Just for Icing on the cake, can’t forget how cheaply units are built. Horrible quality.

The worst apartment I ever lived in. My apartment was infested with roaches from when I initially moved in then found out the whole building was infested and the next building was infested with rats. I tried to contact corporate and they are all the way in New Jersey and has no idea what is going on. Maria is the worse manager she lies, gives false promises and comes off as nice as 1st but rude in the long run. BEFORE MOVING THERE AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A DRIVE TO THE PROPERTY AT NIGHT AND SEE HOW MANY VACANT APARTMENTS THAT THEY HAVE AND THAT SHOULD BE YOUR WARNING ⚠️

Do not move here, management have changed even to worse,they allow H4 towing to illegally tow your car because u don't move often enough, I'm truck driver i can be going for weeks,and tow company damaged my car,i just filed a law suit against towing company nand apartment,there is a Nissan Altima right in front of office no registration sticker right in there face but they don't tow because she they race,i have complained about loud music from apartment under me ,four mexicans stay in apartment ,where office say there is only two suppose to be there,alot of favoritism here , management is trash,i don't know where they find these managers at, evidently tx raamco is just about money, i would not refer anyone to move here

I moved out June and literally 5 months later I have not received my deposit back. I’ve been given the run around to call corporate and when I do corporate says they can’t do anything, the amount they’re returning me is way less than what the office finally agreed to return, corporate said that I have to call the office again. This is absurd. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Crazy how corporate can’t do anything but yet the office says they can’t do anything that corporate needs to do it and they can’t contact eachother to get this resolved.Took them almost 7 months to return my deposit.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I met with a very professional, but not knowledgeable person. I was in a short schedule in finding a place. This person showed me what they had and etc. We came to an agreement that I would have a washer and dryer connection, and at this point I was being flexible on whatever floor was available. So then we came to signing the lease alittle faster than expected, though it was still what we agreed to. I had even paid my 300 deposit as well. Then I get a call a week before I move in, and this person wanted to confirm if I wanted the connections as mentioned. I said yes. Then get a call back that I won't be having those accommodations, that at this point I had an option to put in a request after 6 months to move downstairs to have one with connections. Which is ridiculous and all last minute. I was very disappointed and asked to speak to the manager of that property. In which the ladies in that office lied about the manager not being there the 1st time due to a "car accident " and no courtesy call. I showed up the next day and even that day the manager never once came out to hear My situation. REMIND you that they admitted to being at fault for the girl not knowing her property. Though they tried to tell me that they gave me options after the fact that they mest up my agreement, and that I was the one who didn't want to come to a solution. I even asked either for a rent discount or money refunded. This place is not professional whatsoever. Whatch out for money hungry places like this. I'm taking this case up to regional management of RAAMCO.

My experience with Stone Canyon has been AWFUL HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE they really don't care about their people living there all they care is about collecting there checks. I always pay my rent on time. But when I NEED services they take FOREVER to fix things I has no AC working for almost my whole summer last year. I REQUESTED to move down stairs I been on the waiting list since last year and i keep seeing people get moved down stairs so I went to ask they told me if I moved down stairs my rent was going to go up $300 because it was upgraded. Well I go and see the upgrade apartment and OMG!!!!!!! that was no upgrade all they did was refresh the apartment for the next people to move in all they did was paint the walls change the light fixture and blinds I could of done that myself spend $300 once time instead of getting charge $300 dollars more every month. Is just horrible I just requested to get my padlock replace I can't even lock my door and still havent change it. like I literally have to leave my door unlock. Also I always have issues with the bathrooms always leaking and clogging the toilet when u flush the water goes down so slow and they don't fix anything there so cheap. Another important problem is mail boxes they cant even fix the mailbox I go and i see my mailbox open the door don't even close your mail will get lost and they just don't care reason i didn't renew my lease im going month to month looking for other apartments I rather pay little more then live here is HORRIBLE, BAD SERVICES ,BAD MANAGEMENT ,RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. AND SO MANY MORE ISSUES I DO NOT RECOMMEND STONE CANYON APARTMENTS TO LIVE U WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

I've been living here a little over a month. When I first moved in the apartment was infested with roaches. I bombed the unit personally with the most effective bombs, and the apartments bombed twice themselves. Still see 1/3 of what I seen when I moved in, and I request pest control every week. The a/c doesn't blow in the 2 bedrooms but it blows in the dining and living room, they have yet to fix it and I call everyday (not exaggerating). All I get is a "we will page maintenance and give you a call back" I never receive the calls I have to call them back every time; half of the time they do not answer and they have 3 different numbers on google, yelp, and Apple Maps. My a/c is on auto but it constantly runs, because it's not getting to the temperature that it is set (73°). They changed the locks on my mailbox without notifying me, and then gave me a hard time when I went to the office to get a new key. I shouldnt have moved in once they kept changing my unit and move in date. It was my mistake moving in and not reading the reviews; I definitely learned my lesson. The management is really poor. Office is also closed on the weekends. I would never recommend moving here, and I will not be renewing my lease. Looking for a new apartment currently. I'll just pay that fee to break the lease. This is not a good place. Highly do NOT recommend.

My experience at Stone Canyon has been awesome! If I ever have a problem, the front office is just a phone call away. From the awesome amenities, to the reasonable rent prices, I would absolutely recommend Stone Canyon to anyone. Ask for Genesis at the front, she’s always super helpful!

I use this means to expose my dissatisfaction with the administrative and corporate area of stone canyon. I lived, in apartment 2005 for two and a half years, always making my rent and service payments on time (FROM WHICH I KEEP ALL MY RECEIPTS AND INVOICES MONTH TO MONTH), preventing misunderstandings that occur there, frequently. On March 18 with 60 days of notification, on my part I finished my contract, delivering the apartment in optimal conditions of which I keep videos and tests, I want to emphasize that when I gave my keys, I did not leave anything, since I did not have any debt . The Mrs. Lorena, in charge of the administrative area, verbally lets me know that the water and electricity bill would be returned from my deposit, in which I agreed; I have personally gone on multiple occasions and I have sent many emails requesting my payment receipts, which were debited from my deposit, which in an ebacitive way, Mrs. Lorena lets me know that the corporation does not respond after 5 months. I have not received any response from the corporate or from Mrs. Lorena or the remaining refund of my deposit, I have only tried to do the right thing, since I was always a punctual and responsible tenant. Waiting for an answer to the date ..

been living here since 2018? i believe. one good thing about this place is that it’s affordable, that’s it though. when i first moved in to my 2 bedroom apartment, i put in a long list of things wrong with the apartment, almost little to nothing was fixed. I also remember them lying to me saying our 2 bedroom apartment was going to be ready by october. Just to end up pushing our move in date an entire two months because the apartment they originally leased to us wasn’t ready. I got tired and eventually just grabbed whatever apartment they had ready. Right now has been the worst time of all. Since the snow storm, 2-14 til 2-24 there was NO water at all. the maintenance man accidentally came to the wrong apartment thinking there was a leak & he was able to turn our water back on like it was nothing. Worst part of it all, we still have no hot water. I’ve emailed several times and no response. it’s 2/28. Almost half a month without the proper necessities. When i went to put in my 60 day notice to move out, it took them 3 days to respond to me. I tried calling the office but it’s useless to call the office. They never answer & you’re always sent to their “ main office “. i guess its the “ office of ALL stone canyon apartments “ all you do is basically leave a message with them so that your own “ leasing office “ can get back to you. If you think leaving a message helps, it doesn’t. there’s been more than several occasions where i’ve waited for my “ phone call “ back and never got it. I put in a work order to get my sink fixed a while back. They came & glued it lmfao only to break it some more. if i could add videos on here i would show you proof. I had to call again and let them know they basically made my sink worse. They eventually gave me a brand new sink which should’ve been done in the first place. i have one month left. This place is unprofessional. to the max.

I just moved here from Florida 1/29/21 and my experience here has been awful, on top that I have paid all this money to move here and still haven’t had time settle in or enjoy this apartment. First, no heat for days after maintenance coming out twice to fix. Then, the winter storm hit so no power over a week and no water nearly over 2 weeks, then once I got water it’s no hot water and still no hot water. To top it off I fly home to Florida for 2 days to get away from this madness, all to return thinking my car was stolen but to find out that management had it towed due to their error of inputting my tag number in wrong. So I had to spend my own money get an Uber from the airport, to the wreck to get my own car at my expense smh. I work from home and still can not work. Can’t get in touch with no one in the office , you only leave messages with the answering service. Ashley In the office was so sweet and helpful when I decided to move here but she is no where to be found . I will be filing complaints because they treat you like this and expect rent on time or in full and that’s right ......to be continue (making some higher power calls)

I moved in, in June and have hated it. The entire application process was way longer than needed it took them about 2-3 weeks to complete my application, and once everything was processed I was told I would get keys on the 27th of may and the night before I was told no because they were still fixing things. I made sure to check the apartment the day I got the keys and write down any issues on the inventory sheet they told me to return within 48 hours of move in so they could fix the issues asap. Fast forward to now NOTHING has been fixed. The second day to living here my ac stopped working, it was fixed the following day, and two days later the ac unit started leaking into the shower/restroom floor causing huge puddles of water on the floor, caused water damage to the cabinets. The wood panel that covers the ac and wiring!! Is filled with water ! Risk of mold ?? My ac doesn't work to this day, was told I would get a window unit, never happened, that was a month ago. My windows don't lock, sliding door doesn't lock, the outlets are not wired correctly, some of them don't work, others are super loose, and for the most part all of the electrical outlets are exposed in some way which defeats the purpose of OUTLET COVERS! My restroom door doesn't close, closet door doesn't either. I live on the bottom floor and The ceiling squeaks so loud Every time someone upstairs is walking, I can hear their every move, it sounds like at any moment it will fall through. Within two weeks of being here my car was broken into, everything was stolen and they broke into my neighbors car also. When we went to the office to make a report they told us they can't do anything about it "that's why you have rental insurance" Today!!!!! Now my truck was broken into ! I couldn't even turn it on. They have new staff again, I've talked to atleast 5 different people. Manager was very unprofessional, I went in asking to speak to the manager and they instead gave me the assistant, manager was "on a call" he finished the call, and the assistant manager instead went into the other office to talk to him instead of him coming out to personally handle the matter. I was told I have to give them more time to fix the issues due to the fact that they have new staff and the previous staff were temps and they are now "permanent" so.... What I understand is that the MANAGER in charge of the complex, did not care to handle issues at the complex prior to 3 weeks ago because of temp staff that was HIS responsibility as manager and now that he has "PERMANENT staff" this will be different? It all falls back on the manager, this is ridiculous! Here are a few pictures of many issues going on.

Stay away from this place , the apartments wouldn't be as bad if they had decent management who cared about the quality of living and it's tenants but they don't , they don't fix anything at all , cheaply made , I believe they gave me a throw away unit nothing was working my air wasn't even working when I first moved in , had to ask for a new stove because the stove my unit came with was from 1868 , it was just all bad nothing is updated stove and refrigerator look like they from the 60-70s.Also they run a scam saying oh we can't show the unit because of covid but here is pictures ( they do this because they know you are vulnerable and that with covid a lot is excused don't let them lie ) see the unit or don't move in they showed me a unit and mine looks nothing at all like it .Building is just old and shifty without the proper upkeep , water bill is high but they cut the water off every other week (water was off on thanksgiving how inconvenient and unprofessional) the water bugs are bad but to top it off they walk right under this big gap under my door (which I've beeen complaining to management about for months)Yet they are too cheap to just give me a whole new door or even fix it properly it's just ghetto all around , dog poop is everywhere , everybody has a dog.I would not recommend this place at all .
