I have used this cleaner for YEARS even though I've moved from Arlington, I would still drive all thw way there bcz the service has always been great! I recently started noticing the price increased 40%, the quality or work had deteriorated, and no one was there consistently during posted hours. My husband asked if there had been an ownership change and YES that's the issue! We are missing clothes and now no one is answering the phone, as of today November 2, 2023. Definitely never going back. SO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to take your drycleaning, as any recommendations you would've gotten would be from the previous owners and they aren't there anymore!Services: Clothes pressing

Very fast and friendly service! Took in 4 items and was able to pick everything up in excellent condition the next afternoon. We have been using Stanton Cleaners for 3 or 4 years now, and we have always had great service!

This place has gone down hill since the Hispanic guy and the older white lady, Shelly, have started. It's really sad how the customer service has gone to 0, they take no ownership when they mess up and try to make you seems like your crazy. They make promises they don't keep. We take around $300 a month in clothes here and always make sure to check our clothes before dropping off. After they took over we went and picked up our clothes and notice a spot on a dress shirt that we brought up.They tried to say that we brought it in with the spot, which we did not. They said they had to talk to the owner for permission to clean the shirt again. We went back to pick it up and they said that I had bleed on my shirt. Absolutely not, not a single cut on me that would have caused the spot. Decided they would argue with me over this point instead of accepting responsibility. Honestly, do they not have safety pins that they use to place tags on my clothes...they do..because I have a whole collection of them from the past 2 years of going there. So the fix they gave me, we will just give you 50% off your next pick up. Well let's just say when I did my next pick up they gave me $8 0ff a $50 total. I know I'm not good at math...but this doesn't seem like 50%.Long story long, Shelly is a joke and so is the young man I now refer to as clueless mcgee. If you're looking for cleaner...find someone else.

I've been coming here for a few years and their new staff is really proving challenging to work with. I've grown to expect them to take longer than I'm used to for my cleaning to return, but the past handful of times it's been insane. I dropped off in the afternoon on a Wednesday and I was told that it wouldn't be ready for 3 full days. I can definitely understand not getting next day returns when I drop off at the end of the day, but it shouldn't take until 6pm on a Monday or Tuesday to get my cleaning done. When I asked if I could get my clothes by Friday afternoon, I was told "maybe we could get a few things done by then, but we've had a lot of stuff dropped off". That would be an okay excuse the first time I hear it, but it's like the 4th or 5th time I've heard that exact same excuse. At this point I'm going to look for another cleaners to use. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking for a cleaner that will frequently mishandle or mess up your clothes and will take a friggin business week to do the job that most places can do in 72 hours.

I have tried to speak to the new owner regarding lost items. Stanton has lost a navy blue cashmere sweater valued at $275, Ralph Lauren Shirt worth $100.00, improperly cleaned pants, and Ag Jeans that shrunk and are no longer good to wear.I have notified and asked the owner to call, and left my Business Card, NO RESPONSE. I have been going to this cleaner for 5yrs,m and there is a new owner.Avoidance is not going to resolve. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General.

What the heck happened? I have been going to stanton for over 20 yrs+! John and jenny left and the new owner have gone way down hill. I always have my jeans extra heavy starched, the last few times they have come back like they were just sprayed sizing!! very flimsy! they told me it was because of the workers. heavy starch is heavy starch no matter who the workers are. Stanton cleaners if you read these......please correct!!!!

Dropped my husband dress pants off to get the waist altered; they told me the pants would be ready in a week. A week later went to pick up the pants up took them home and noticed that they weren't even touched! No apology just a oops and a refund! The young lady recommended me finding a place that did same day alterations.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

I paid $70 for shirts laundered and folded!!!! Absolutely no way this is acceptable. If you want your regular shirts laundered and folded, I would strongly recommend to stay away from this cleaner.I wanted to give this cleaner a chance after reading all the good reviews of honesty and good service. But my experience is on the other end of the spectrum. And would go back to my Dry Clean city cleaner who would have charged me $25 for the exact same service.This is nothing but cheating the customer. ??Service: Laundry wash & fold
