WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! our ac unit always breaks, they LIE about sending maintence people out,they also gaslight, they told us our ac unit is broken because we put it on “on” instead of “auto” when we know to leave it on auto…. Last time the maintenance man came he lied and said it was on when I know for a huge FACT that it’s never on. I was supposed to get it fixed today they never came, we’ve been BEGGING them to come fix our ac unit it’s spring so it’s only getting hotter, the apartment is on 82 degree I haven’t been able to get any sleep because I’m always sweating it’s truly a nightmare, we always get roaches often I can’t wait till we leave this is ridiculous, don’t let those reviews fool you this is truly a nightmare, but since they lied about sending somebody out which they always do, THEY WILL GET DEALT WITH TOMORROW they also never fixed out dish washer we’ve been here for years….

Eye catching, Clean and Very Homey looking, nice Landscaping, quiet Little Community, my only issue was that the units looked kinda on the small side judging from how small the patio/balcony are that was the deal breaker for me . Be Nice and Cute tho ?

very bad maintenance if something breaks down in your apartment you have to wait more than a month for them to come and fix it, right now I have been waiting for 2 months for them to fix the sink.

I've been living here for two years with the same management company, whenever you call the leasing office you'll always hear the nicest lady answer the phone. Mrs.Nancy CARES about whatever your complaints are, she answers all your questions & concerns, & she's always been very helpful to me whenever I have an issue. On holidays she sends out cards & on my birthday she sends out birthday wishes !! She thinks about everyone individually not just as a whole. Stadium west & Bel Air apartments combined have definitely made my stay here in texas one to always remember. Especially having Mrs.Nancy at the office! Thank you so much the best thing thats happened to this place is her, dont be shy ladies & gentlemen!!! Come check out the property, if you have need any further information about anything shes one phone call away. She'll always answer with a warm tone & when she says she will call back SHE DEFINITELY DOES!!!!! YOU ROCK MRS.NANCY. You've made this property 20xs better since I first moved in. These kinds of things should always be acknowledged & thats why I'm posting my review. Hope this review reaches out to people in search of a new home!! Everyone who lives here is super nice!

Horrible, have asked multiple times to fix the Air Conditioner and to this day the issue has not been resolved. Mind you it’s been over a year since we’ve asked. Currently 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside. Unbelievable.

I LOVE it here! The neighborhood is small and quiet. There are lots of kids for my kids to play with. Rent is VERY reasonable. The maintenance man is very timely with repairs, and is always nice and professional. The apartment manager, Christine is an absolute jewel to the management company. She always gets things done quickly. Always has a big smile on her face, and her attitude is just the best I've ever run across with an apartment manager. If you're thinking about moving and you want a small quiet neighborhood to move into, this is the place to do it! I don't have anything to complain about and I always felt like I belonged here from the second I pulled in with my key!! Only thing that I have a gripe about is how the parking spaces are numbered spaced far away from my apartment (and tow service will tow if. you are not parked in the correct space), but other than that this is a great apartment complex!! Highly recommend!!!
