It is beyond my comprehension as to why a store that advertises and promotes Organic removed paper bags at check out only to replace them with re-usable (thick) plastic bags. First of all there's nothing organic about plastic bags especially to the caliber of the those you provide, and we have to pay for them! They cannot be recycled and customers shouldn't be expected to turn their homes into storage facility for an item that should be discarded after use. This practice is not practical and is not sanitary! Bring back true customer service and give the customer the choice of paper or plastic!

Love the convenience of Sprouts. Great selection of all items, but not crammed, so there's plenty of room to move around. Friendly employees, including Matthew, who helped us this evening.
