Internets been fine, and this is nothing on the store itself but I figured I would let you know the Motems have holes in them which is…pretty gross since I’ve had a issue with Bugs crawling inside the Modem. They seriously need to make one that doesn’t have a million holes on the side of the box cause I’ve had a spider living in my modem for a few weeks and it’s…not ideal

So I went into the store to return and pick up equipment. Kim was the representative who met me at the kiosk, walked me over to the counter, where she began to assist me with the transition. Upon completion of the task, she inquired about my streaming, and I gave her the information from there, she asked if I would be interested in the XUMO stream box that will allow me to stream all of the apps that I normally use but pay separate prices . She told me how I could utilize the service instead of paying so many different fees pay one thing of $24.99 for the streaming service, and the device is free for a year and after that is only $5. I normally do not allow representatives to upsell me. However, she was gentle, but persistent so long in her approach that I could not turn down the deal especially when she stated that it was ending on today, November 17, 2023. I mentioned to her that normally representatives are not able to get me to budge when I’m set on a certain thing, but her approach was so different. As I said before, she wasn’t overly pushy, but she was persistent because she knew that the sale was ending and that I could really benefit from it. I mentioned to her how great of a job that she did and how very comfortable I was during the experience. So if you’re ever by this particular location right off of Six Flags and Collins in Arlington, I would encourage you to take it, vantage of her expertise and her gentle approach.

Don’t bother with going into the store unless you want long wait times and poor customer service. Not satisfied with your service? Too bad they don’t offer surveys or the option to speak to a manager. I’m assuming because they know the service is lack luster. Kimberly at the store needs a refresher on customer service her ability to resolve issues or even pretend to help is non existent.

The sales associate couldn't have cared less about helping me solve my problem. After I explained my problem, she just stood there with no interest at all in solving my problem. Knew going there was going to be a total waste of time. And I was right! Spectrum, you pay these people for doing nothing.

The Customer Service here is worst. You’re better off going to a different store than wasting time here. This store operators does not value customer. They do not listen to any customer plea for support at all.

Constantly dropping internet calls, equipment sucks, multiple calls, never fixing the issue. I conduct many conference calls and lose internet in the middle of it.There response, let me comp you 18 dollars and send another tech. Who never fixes the issues.

Just let it go that I just want to do a few operations on my account and the service guy is talking with the customer service on the cell phone telling him that it is possible and he insists that it's not really a joke! I would really look for another company and I will make sure that my whole community finds a better place

Came in on a Saturday morning, 15 minutes after they opened and it’s a thirty minute wait to pay my cable bill. One employee available to help customers; and the machine used to walk up and pay only takes cards, no cash. Absolutely ridiculous. This location is worthless, and really makes me consider canceling my service altogether.

No service for more than three weeks. Yet billed for month. An then they keep raising prices. Refuse to let you speak to supervisor on phone or in chats. Lets not forget the hang ups when you request supervisor. This company seriously need help. Re education on costumer services is a must.

This goes for the whole company.I had setup an account for a residence that would be on auto pay.DONT EVER think because you discuss something over the phone that it will translate to the bill.I was offered a promotion for a landline and refused for the price of monthly internet.It was an additional 30$ a month.Well that was added on my account after all. That was 5 years ago.Feels like a scam.Also they charge you 5$ a month rent fee for the modem and router.It cost 75$ for these units.They had been letting me rent these units for over 5 years with no option to purchase. You can do the math. I could have purchased 5.I would continue to be a customer if they met me half way and gave me any option for a partial refund. None given.This company is just like every company now a days. Hollow out middle America and reap the profits.GreedDo not support companies that take thousands from you and offer no option for a portion refund even after your agreement on the phone was different than what was executed.Plus. To show this happens yet again.After I found that out. I gave them a new card for auto pay. I set up everything on the phone with one of there customer service reps.Now I just received notice my bill is past due. Which I Never have past due bills.Turns out auto pay was never established either.Watch these scammers. Your credit will be affected as well.Hope this saves someone time and a lot of money.

Thank you Spencer for taking such great care and helping me switch over. Although I had signed up online, you went the extra mile checking for discounts and anticipating any issues I might have setting up. You made sure I had everything I needed. This was the easiest experience I have ever had switching and installing new internet. Saved me so much money too.

Spectrum can't keep the internet turned on. Funny this, they had the same issue 10 years ago at a different address. I dumped them for ATT Fiber. Better speeds, 99.9% uptime!
