In my opinion the WORST resale shop ever. The one thing I cannot stand is when a company is dishonest I took some size 11 Da La Soul dunks to SOLEPLIER. They initially agreed to 200 cash, without the soles and box mind you. So I’m there downloading the cash app. While I’m doing that the sales associate is on the phone confirming with his coworker, then he gets the “okay” I can literally hear the the guy on speaker say “Okay that’s fine” then the sales associate proceeds to contact someone else and then backtracks and says “sorry we can’t do the 200 cash.” “I feel bad that we already agreed on a price.” This business (sneaker resale shops) run on the honor system for example when you give someone your word it’s called “verbal agreement”. Ultimately, it’s their loss. HMU if anyone is interested in the shoes.

Low ball with no wiggle room to work. Drove an hour and was asking for a super fair deal where they would make money on both ends, but they wouldn’t even budge from first offer, Only checked it out because they had a shoe I wanted, but it’s OK I’ll go back to my regular places in Dallas!
In fact, went to the laboratory downtown and they offered me $80 more credit right off the bat than they were

They have nice shoes, and customer service, but I do not recommend shopping at a store where you are spending HIGH END MONEY and if something goes wrong THEY DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, or even if you need a SHOE SIZE UP OR DOWN. My son bought some shoes for my daughter who is a CAPTAIN IN THE ARMY as a birthday gift, station overseas. He need a 1/2 size up… NOPE. they couldn’t do it. THEY will not get ANOTHER DIME from this household. There are other shoe places with better polices. Y’all better learn, DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, there are too many other options out here. I promise you they will not last in Parks Mall.

It’s a nice store and well kept but service is bad! You have them all just bunched up worried about a giggle on live versus having one on it and the rest servicing. Felt I was going to bother them so rather just purchase elsewhere especially with how expensive the items are you would think top notch customer service

Can’t give estimates over the phone don’t waste your time driving if you can’t get an estimate it’s only too low ball and since you waste gas not worth it
