Excellent service, great delivery persons and fulfilled everything promised. I might add, terrific pricing as well. The salesman in the store, Sth. Cooper, was so nice and my husband and I shared lengthy conversation with him and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this store and this salesman.

Didn't complete delivery. Ordered mattress and cover. Got mattress but no cover. Talked to Joseph my salesman. I asked for a credit on the cover. Now they want answer my calls and still no credit. They screen there calls, so once your on the list they won't take your calls. Good Luck.

Great experience. Isacc was very helpful in showing me different options. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to purchase. I went in to “ just look “ and after talking with Isacc I completed my purchase same day and left feeling I had made the right choice. My new adjustable bed was delivered today and so far I am well satisfied. Would recommend Sleep City and Isaac to be your next choice for a new bed.
