Skechers boasts an impressive selection of shoes, but my recent encounter with the staff was underwhelming. Their reluctance to process returns left me dissatisfied. However, it's worth noting that Skechers does offer a generous return policy, allowing unsatisfied customers to return their purchases.

Great displays and selection. Staff can answer questions. But staff don't pay attention to customers coming or going. Waited up front at register for 13 mins before staff heard us calling her. So non observant and that anyone could have just walked in and out with anything. And that's third time in there in a month it's been like that.

The people here are nice but I have an odd size and a wide width. They are a smaller size store so they cannot carry a lot to choose from.
