I love this store the shoes are great and really great price I love the customer service that they gave me especially one of the employee named eriel he help me a lot and helped me find the perfect shoe I needed all the employees did great I would totally come back to this store I love this store great job to the manager because the store is nice and neat and clean

Popped in about a week ago. The associate Maria was extremely helpful in picking out my shoes. I liked my experience.

Associates did not greet us when we walked in nor did they asked if we needed help. One associate bag my empty box and told me to wait near the bench while another associate went in the back to find my shoes. Im not sure why I had to wait when it was only two other customers in the store and they were still shopping.

Just had a really unpleasant experience with an associate over a past-30 day item (which I took ownership for). She lacked professionalism and care. I’ll be contacting corporate over that and her inconsistent statements about company policy
