Stay away from this place, or any Shoe Palace store for that matter. I tried to return some shoes that didn’t fit me that were in like new condition but they refused to accept it they said that they had to be in “dead stock” condition aka never worn. Now I’m out $200 and I have to figure out how to resale these at a loss.Stick to buying from online like Nike or Amazon, not buying from them anymore.

So ghetto. If you aren't a certain race they won't even bother to help you, talk to you, or even look at you. Even checking out the cashier was chatting up the girl next to him and never even looked in our direction. So I said never mind put those shoes back and walked the f out lol Bunch of children . Hire adults

I just left out this store. The young lady with the red hair was very rude. Like a old man told me years ago when I was younger with that same kind of attitude working in retail, if you don't won't to work go to the house.

Stopped by today and everyone was so unhelpful. Tried to ask a quick question and was given the ugliest response by a employee. He basically hushed me and walked away. Went to another employee that was folding clothes and asked for assistance and she hesitated to help me and then just forwarded my request to another employee. What looked to be the manager was on her cell phone doing whatever she was doing. Such a rude experience.
