“Fast service. I was in and out and the rep Jordan was helpful as well as efficient. I've passed by this location several times and today I had 3 packages to ship out via FedEx. I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.”

“I’m so grateful for Micah! She was professional, kind and patient with me…despite the fact that I failed to get a file sent over for printing out — 5 times in a row. ? Did I mention that by the time she was able to help get it done…it was a few minutes PAST closing time. A steady stream of clients came in for the 40 or so minions I was there. She treated EACH of us respectfully and quickly. Getting pretty rare to find excellent customer service like that nowadays. “I went a few months ago here and everyone welcomed me and assisted me as much as they could. Ryan and Rosa kept finding solutions to my issue in regards to printing my return address for my save the dates for my wedding. I went to 3 other places 2 office depot and an office max and they just kept shrugging their shoulders and said the customer usually used an app to print the address on the sticker tabs and would just leave. FedEx office was the one that eased my frustration. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you everyone that was in the building!”
