Stay was decent besides there being a wedding hosted they're during my stay which was noticably loud from my room. Children from the wedding were racing up and down the hall outside my room with no supervision.Cell service was poor and standard wifi was unusable at times.

I loved the attention of the staff but especially Ariadna, super cute and attentive, you can see that she likes her job, few people put in the effort that she puts inHe also helped me with my English because it is not very good and he is always super respectful.

I went to Texas because I have to work and I decided to stay with you guys because I thought it will be nice and being honest everything was good but one thing that was excellent was the service of the girls in the cafeteria the girls are just incredible and so gentle one of them named “Ari” was so nice and so kind with me, and not only that she makes a great coffee and great company to be with.All the people were nice to me and the service was amazing.Thank you, Ari you will be always in my heart. ?

I usually don’t review hotels but during my stay I was very pleased with the service!Especially with one of the workers name Ariadna she has very helpful and nice.I recommend this place!

Excellent service in all areas, but especially to the girl who served me in the coffee area, very professional in her work, very friendly and polite, yes. I doubt I would return to the hotel and especially to the coffee area so that Ari could serve me.Nearby activities: Everything is very close and beautiful

Stayed here for an esports event at the nearby stadium. My stay was fine until I returned to my room to find this (see photo) in my doorway. I left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the handle during my stay since I didn't require cleaning and I had some valuable items in the room I didn't want strangers or staff around. "We generally respect your privacy..." except the one time you booked with us, we didn't.Thought I'd be treated like a guest, not an inmate. As you can see, no reason was given either. But at least they wrote a smiley face, right?Walls are thin btw, heard my neighbors entire phone call conversation and he wasn't being loud either. Some staff was friendly, others not so much.Won't be returning for next year. As the saying goes, "Fool me once...".

This place is fine but its old and that shows. Location is in the heart of Arlington for better or worse. Rooms are aged. Showers are for the sub 5'8" crowd as those taller will be claustrophobic. Walls can be a bit thin too.

I came to Arlington on a vacation trip for my partners birthday; enjoyed a fantastic day at six flags over Texas; booked a room here at the Sheraton; and, Shelby and Kash have made it a night to remember. I will always have these memories. I definitely know where to spend my next special trip. These two went over and above, exceeding my expectations and making it a night to remember. Thank you Shelby and Kash. See you next trip!!
