Not happy. Car was pulled in <5 minutes after arriving for an oil change!
After 1.5 hours in the bay, where the tech did something, he finally raised the vehicle and finally did the oil change. They never told me that it would take that long or anything. :(

I just went for a Texas state safety inspection. The service was prompt and very fast. The lobby/waiting room is large and clean with comfortable chairs and a TV. VERY cold A.C. They also do many auto services and repairs.

Drivers Edge is the shop to go for all your car maintenance needs. Very professional Manager Keith Shaw and Assistant Manager Craig Lyons. I had my oil Changed and they checked everything my car needed or did not need. The Manager gave me a printout with the cost and what needed to be addressed. No pressure to do anything. He leaves it to you. I highly recommend Drivers Edge for anyone who wants honesty and no pressure to take care of your car. It was my first visit and will be my place to do business with from now on. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

I had a good experience with Driver’s Edge. My car was towed to them in the morning because it wouldn’t start and it was completed by close of business. My only complaint is the $972 that I paid to replace the starter which seemed a bit steep. The company was convenient for me therefore I’m happy.

I came in for my state inspection after having just moved here from out of state. I got the order of which I needed to get my legal stuff together for my car wrong and the two men at the front desk were able to help me fix my error. When I came back later that day after resolving the issue, they did my inspection quickly and everyone was very kind. I know a lot of people have issues going to a car place when they're women, but I went alone and they did not try to upcharge me, they did not lie about me needing some arbitrary thing for my car, and they were not condescending. If you're a woman, this is a good place to go for car needs!
