Lobby customer service was horrible. She thought my problem I was having with a recent repair was funny. The tech that work on my car made faces at me like child behind his Manager back. Never have I felt so disrespected by a business.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE, They cut corners in every way possible and lie about replacing parts when they know good and well they used the same broken parts, had to call my adjuster and find a whole new body shop and start the process all over again. They also didn’t even put all my lug nuts back on my wheels when I went to pickup my car.

I forgot my iPhone original charger in the rental Toyota corolla . I called them first thing in the morning, the guy who answered the call gave immediate answer that there was no charger in the car then when I insisted he put me on hold for couple of minutes then gave me the same answer then I told him I’m sure it was in the car . Then he gave me the typical answer of the lazy customer service assistant!
We will look again and will call back !
Then I complained through the survey and I asked for someone to call me .
And I’m still waiting
It’s ridiculous nowadays how we can’t trust the customer service assistants because we know they don’t care about the customer.!!

Definitely recommend. I actual had work done to another car back when they were service king and they did a great job. I recently took a car up to crash champions and everything came out perfect!!

My experience was incomparable. The man who helped me went above and beyond to secure the part needed to repair my car during the duration of time that my insurance company could provide my rental.
They did it, and I am very happy.

Unbelievable, every time I’ve had an accident I brought my car to service king not even in my area . Both jobs were impeccable. The service they offer is a life time warranty when you get a repair job . Seems a bit fraudulently, brought my car back today because the paint is starting to chip away. I was denied service of my LIFETIME warranty. I will be even transparent and say my tag plate got ripped off and a minor scratch right where the screws are not even close to wear the paint is peeling. Unfortunately I didn’t even get his name , came back and told me he’s not sure if my plate caused the accident . I told him what happened! Then reluctantly suggested a labor plan ?? Why would I pay if I have a lifetime warranty?? I’ve would’ve felt better if he offered paperwork saying what they will and will not cover . Made me feel like he just made up and excuse not to do my car under my LIFETIME warranty ! Major disappointment ! The paint is peeling under the light . My plate is at the bottom. The screws scratched that area clearly that was not a major accident like he projected !

GREAT SERVICE! I got my alignment done and my tires rotated. They did an amazing job! I chatted with a gentleman named Jose, he was so sweet and kind!! Definitely recommend!
