I have to say, the new ownership is doing an incredible job! There's a ton of improvement happening all around the property, making it well-maintained, clean, and much safer. It's clear they care about the residents, and it's a great place to call home.

Having seen the difference that new management can make is breathtaking. It went from a place you couldn't get the time of day from management, to a team that responds quickly to you and is actually taking care of both the apartments and community spaces. Definitely one of the best values around for the area.

The office ladies at sawyers mill are amazing, I am beyond grateful for them affording me the opportunity to lease here.
They are very professional and have a welcoming vibe.
The property is well kept has a warm inviting feeling, very clean.
Just received my keys and I already love being here.

New management is making a huge impact ... quickly responding to tenant requests, investing back into the property - exterior paint, landscaping, new leasing office, renovating units ... great location ... I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to rent.

New management has done a great job getting to know the tenants and improving this apartment complex.
The repairs made and new paint have made Sawyer's Mill more inviting.
They have even had volunteers come out twice now to visit with everyone and had a free lunch by the pool.
The new owners care and want to make this a better place to call home.

I visited this property and wow does it look great. From the landscaping, updated paint and exterior upgrades, the beautiful pools, location and proximity to shopping/dining/entertainment/etc., to the new and welcoming management team.
