I have shopped the Sam Moon Parks location for years. Wake-up people. Whoever is buying the merchandise is appalling. All your clothes are just ponchos. Good grief so outdated. I use to walk out with so much. Start buying Entro or Umgee clothing. Your store will be full again. You are driving this store into the ground. Horrible yet sad. Wake-up!!! Demand your vendors show you these to buy and stock your store with.

This location is consistent with others. Great selection of costume jewelry and such, I visit SM each time I'm in DFW, nice place to pick up a little momento for the girls

Sam Moon never disappoints. They offer the WIDEST selection of luggage, handbags, HIGH END costume jewelry, belts ...etc.

Sam Moon is my go to place for western wear, costume jewelry and accessories. The prices are okay, the store is clean. My only complaint is the staff is not always friendly. I'd like to get at least a smile where I drop my dollars.

I use to shop in here all the time. Haven't been back for a while since in no longer live in Arlington. Went there this past weekend with a group of ladies, two of which never been to a Sam Moon store. We were followed around by this old man everywhere we went. The women behind the counters rolled their eyes at us. Saw the old man say hello and smile at other customers in the store, but they were not black like myself and my group. I put back every item I had, made note of it, and did not purchase a thing. Went on Amazon that night and found all the items I wanted at the same prices or cheaper. Hey, I tried to support this business but if they don't want it fine. My thinking is, they don't like black people, better curve that attitude. All they need to see the color green when they look at black people, smile and grin, make that money, then call us whatever you want behind our back. Just saying.

Nice, but no Fluer-de-lis jewelry like they had years ago. Items are pricier now. But I still found some nice items. 3 pair gloves for winter, scarf, hat, etc. ? ?? ?. Coming back to get my jewelry sets for bridal party, now that's still reasonably priced.

Overwhelming. Had no idea this place was so Hugh. Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back when there's more time to look.
