They fixed the AC finally so that's nice, but both the Arlington and the grapevine locations have made their crane games significantly harder while reducing the quality of the game rewards quite a bit since after COVID. Additionally they've added a new "Japanese" style menu, which is a great idea in theory but unfortunately the employees making said menu seems to have had no training on how to make it, or even understand what the items are called. I ordered Takoyaki and had to argue for five minutes that it's supposed to come with a sauce on it when they tried to give me a plate of dry Takoyaki balls. The karaage was burnt, and also came without sauce. The employee gave me a plastic cup gyoza sauce when I kept asking for the dipping sauce. TLDR, games are okay, crane games are meh, the food is terrible and the employees hate their jobs.

Have to change review from 1 to 5, machines work now. Manager must be doing great things because we actually won alot in cranes. Machines are stronger, an winning spots for dropping balls arent rigged with winners tape blocking hole! Happy, last time I left with 100$ for only 2 prizes.. everything was weak an close to impossible to win last time. I'm down for dropping money on a place that isn't cheating thanks.

I like all the improvements and upgrades that were made . My game experience is much more pleasurable there . I will keep coming back for more ! Stephanie the manager is committed to the customers and Gabby the supervisor is dedicated to improving the product ! I did not get that before . The vibe is better and it will only improve . This is the place to go for late late games and fun !

Expensive Expensive Expensive! 14 points for claw machines, that’s 3 dollars + for one game! they are focusing more on claw machines then actual arcade games, all you see is claw machines. Wish they had better prices for arcade games
