The store is an absolute mess, and I have NEVER waited in such a long line. There were probably 30 people in line and 2 registers open. Who has time do deal with that?!

During my visit the store was unorganized and lacked enough staff to check out customers .
There is also a safety issue. An emergency exit for the store is blocked with shopping carts. Another exit door was locked .

Ross is losing all credibility with me. Most clothes are thrown on the floor and most clothes are like western Mexican style of clothing and not what they advertise. I can see them out of business in a couple of years.

Love Ross. Too many customers act like savages and destroy the store. I think management needs to start setting expectations of customers and stop the behavior.

Don't go to this Ross location.
The employee named ALEX little man little brain guy has been reported to exhibit terrible behavior. He has been seen nose-picking and then touching items at the store, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, ALEX has been described as extremely rude with a nasty attitude. The other employee named HIBAH lady has been reported as equally rude. The store is in a dirty state and this is absolutely disgusting.
