2nd Review 6/19/24
Didn't remember that I had a bad experience at this store so I show up today and security is checking receipts at the door. Why are we being treated like criminals because we choose to voluntarily shop at your establishment?The magic word is "voluntarily" so that means I choose NOT to dig through their merchandise again. I Respect Myself More! PITIFUL!!!!
1st Review
First of all, let me start by saying that Loss Prevention workers standing at the door is a joke. They catch no one, I've seen people steal and walk right out of the store. Smart people would have undercover LP instead of such an insulting display of mistrust and disrespect. Now that's off my chest, I went there with my daughter to look for a last minute item and I saw some sandals I thought I would purchase. Once I got to the register the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and I was shocked then she explains that they only had TRASH BAGS. Well, I assumed she meant small ones so I said yes but she pulls out a huge 30 gallon clear TRASH BAG.....ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING!!!!! I immediately put my card back in my wallet and walked away. No thank you, I will not be buying anymore TRASH....Lol

Went to return items. Some didn’t have any Ross tags on them who knows why. We dont take them off until we like the item. And since my husband got in line and by the time I got to the register everything was already scanned and I just went ahead and paid. The lady started yelling at me and throwing clothes at me say how am I supposed to know how much they were. They were only 3 items that didn’t have them and I had the receipt so. Well she tested me like trash in front of my whole family. She needs help. I was liking Ross a little bit too much these past days. But after this experience I’m scared to even try and return anything that didn’t fit my kids etc.

The lines are way too busy for this place you never can go in there and just be out if you go in the afternoon to have two people working it's just like you leave your stuff and come back in the morning when it's not overcrowded
