I cannot recommend Richter Animal Hospital enough! The service here is always amazing, and the staff truly care about both pets and their owners. Not only are their prices reasonable, but their customer service is outstanding. I was especially impressed by the follow-up calls to check on my dog after her injury and her visits. It’s rare to find a vet that goes above and beyond like this, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is in such good hands. Thank you, Richter Animal Hospital, for your dedication and care!

Richter Animal Hospital is outstanding. Staff is friendly and professional - my kitties get so nervous going to the vet, but this group takes such good care of them!

Richter is excellent with the care of its animals but we left due to cost. The price I was quoted for a yearly visit and shots was $598.00 The new vet we went to was excellent and charged $232.00. That included 6 month heart worm shot.

Richter has the most compassionate and professional staff ever. They were very caring when they had to put my beloved Shi Tzu of 17 years to sleep. They have been just as caring for my new King Charles Cavalier puppy as well.

Took Sasha to see the Vet today for her annual work up. We saw Dr. Haynes and she was amazing Sasha had a hotspot and it was infected… and Lauren the technician was helpful in helping me with general health care related to her quality of life as a Siberian Husky. Thank you so much, very appreciative and grateful for your genuine care…

The care was fantastic but the price gauging for pet hospitals is pretty out of control. A cat UTI shouldn’t have costed $380 for just a urinalysis, checkup, and bloodwork. We haven’t even gotten medications yet so that will be an addition cost. However, when I called other hospitals all the way to the Fort Worth area, all their prices were similar.
But I did give 4 stars for quality of care. If you’re on time to your appt it’s a quick in and out situation. Doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and gave plenty of information and options. The bloodwork was $170 (for a senior cat), Urinalysis range starts from about $90 which is what we paid. Temporary pain medication (3 pills/3days) costs $30 plus the $50 checkup fee and some random tech fee. The bloodwork is always the most expensive and isn’t always necessary but we went ahead with it since our kitty is old and hasn’t had bloodwork since we got her last year. We appreciate the care this facility has provided and if you have the money and your pet needs the care then they’re fantastic! Just expensive.

Richter is the best! We love all the doctors, and have been with Dr. Randolph for twelve years. They are better than human doctors at response time and communication. He is so thorough and kind and caring and has taken the best care of our dog. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very pleased with Richter Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and very caring. Dr. Randolph has been looking after Shelby for many years. Both Shelby and I appreciate his caring and interaction with our dog. You can call the staff and they will respond. It is just a good relationship with the vets and the animals. Just a good clinic for your pet.

All three of my pets are now under Dr. Richter's care. I am so glad we found this practice--everyone on his team from technical assistants to administrative support staff are great. He helped my 10 year old ragdoll cat go off of her insulin as she appeared to be in remission (my former vet who diagnosed her wouldn't even entertain it).
