I booked a room and told my check in is at 4 pm. I arrive at 5pm and get told that they don’t have a room ready and available yet. So why did I pay to reserve a room and not have that room ready when I get here??UPDATE!I am updating this review because our stay here has been absolutely phenomenal! The workers have been great, and after our issue with the check-in, we were given a discount and they very quickly got the issue figured out, and us in a room. We stayed for three nights in the two bedroom suite and the rooms are very nice, spacious, and the location is literally right by everything we wanted to do.Thank you so much For your wonderful hospitality.Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and the two bedroom suite was perfect for our six person family although the only thing I would say is the pullout bed is HORRIBLE so if you plan on doing that bring a blowup mattressNearby activities: Right next to Six Flags and hurricane Harbor, as well as some other activities to doFood & drinks: Right by great food and awesome bars

Terrible experience trying to get checked in 12/30. As a member with status I was seeking to get checked in early but absolutely understand this isn’t always able to be accommodated. Instead we’ve been waiting a couple of HOURS and it’s now almost 6pm and no word on our room. We are supposed to be going to the game at 7pm and this is ridiculous.Nearby activities: Cowboys

The place smelled like a swamp. Paint peeling all over the building. Bedding and pillows smelled horrible. The heating and cooling had a mind of its own. Four night stay was not pleasant.Rooms: Smelly

Being in this hotel SUCKED!!!! For the amount I paid for here I could of spent at a 5 star hotel. The breakfast comes from a frozen fridge and isn't cooked all the way. The front desk worker don't know what or who they are talking about. The area this hotel is in is horrible and scary. Check twice before you rent a room here.Nearby activities: The only nearby activities that are close by here is Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor.Safety: You have to be very careful in this area. Being in Arlington on this side of town is scary. People in and out hotel rooms going wild because football/baseball games and really going crazy going to Six flags right down the streetWalkability: Being in this hotel, there is nowhere to walk too besides your room and to your car.

I actually enjoyed our stay here very very much. I've never stayed at a residence inn. It was very spacious and very accommodating. The studio room we booked had everything you could possibly need for a long stay, hence the name residence inn. Not one missing amenity in my opinion. From dishes, to silverware, brand new sponge to wash dishes, coffee maker, fridge, stove etc etc. Definitely stay here again. Queen bed with large sofa sleeper. This is our speed. Located a couple of miles from Globe Field and walking distance to some nice eateries. Once morning came around, the breakfast spread was just enough to send you on your way with a full stomach. Waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal eggs bacon, bfast sandwiches, coffee and juices. Very pleased with the stay. Very clean location

I had a list of 5 different hotels I was going to call to see if they offer shuttle to the the Rangers games. I spoke with Harley, and he sealed the deal. I knew speaking with him I, and my wife, would get the best treatment any hotel had to offer. Upon arrival I spoke with Royce, who was amazing and had so much patience as we asked him a million questions. Once we checked into our room later, after the first game, my wife noticed a bit of dried vomit on the bed frame. I called the front desk and Harley came into our room within seconds and cleaned it right up himself. He even offered us another room, which I was fine with the current room we had. The breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The lady preparing the food and setting it out was so friendly, as soon as i asked her for something she offered it up right away. Reason like this will keep us coming back to this hotel year after year. Thank you Harley and Royce.

Kinda hidden but very convenient to AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Rangers Stadium and other attractions. Room was nice and had a fridge, microwave, and small range top even. Room did have a slight smell to it, but nothing to make us go complain or attempt to switch rooms. Friendly service, breakfast included.

We stayed 2 weeks here. Breakfast was so good the lady was so kind and helpful. Very clean rooms. The cleaning ladies were awesome. Kind and helpful. The front desk people were always helpful and kind. Kids loved the pool. Great location!! We felt safe and comfortable. Parking was so convenient! Loved our stay here! Thank you for great room and great service!!!Safety: Great location

Great location for this hotel since it’s near lots of shopping and Six Flags. The rooms were nice and big and the staff were very nice. We stayed for a week for work. There are some things that need to be worked on. The elevator can stick and needs to be inspected and the basketball area needs new netting since it’s badly torn. Breakfast was good. We did find a couple bugs in our room, but we were near the exit and it’s hot out so it happens, but would be good to get the hotel sprayed around the entrances. Other than that, we slept well and it was very quiet since it’s more inland from the main road.Safety: Very safe. Tucked back from the main road as well as a fence and tree cover.Walkability: Bank and restaurant within walking distance.

Photos of the place on Marriott's website were highly misleading. Instead of a bright clean room for extended stays, I was provided with a very cramped "suite" with 7 foot ceilings and very small living and bedroom conditions. The facility is also old and it shows with a particular smell and elevators and carpeting that seriously needs to be replaced. Parking also costs $7 a day, which is ridiculous considering many other places nearby offer free parking.I decided not to even stay there after checking in and booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

Got here last night room was ready staff was super nice. Harley checked us in and was friendly and inviting. Spoke with Emily this morning she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast is hot and it is good large variety of food and stays stocked so far its been a great

A little late on the review but still a greatest experience!I came here around 2021. We were scouting the area for our current shop!The rooms were wonderful! We weren't expecting rooms with an actual kitchen.And the ac was awesome it didn't flutter, it was consistently cold!

Harley at front desk was amazing! Emily handled a room access issue for us. Close to Whole Foods and a great local coffee shop, Nehemiah. Close to the ballpark and Jerry World also. Room have been recently updated and were clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
