I had the worst experience with regions mortgage. If you are seeking a mortgage, please do no use Regions mortgage. The loan officer I had (Brady Hook)was very unprofessional. He gave me the run around for months and still did not service the montage. He was unresponsive and did not meet deadlines causing me to lose over $8000 in earnest money and other items. His communication was horrible so Much so that I escalated to his direct manager and guess what, I was still forced to work with Brady after the manager stated that he would counsel him. I got the run around almost 2 months. Until I just gave up and went with another company. The time It took to fill out the application and approval with underwriting was abut 22 days. I wasted so much time with regions we lost the first house we chose. Worst experience ever

Don't know what to do my husband's card is locked once again for the second time we have not even banked with these people but about a month and every time it's locked it just don't get unlocked so you can get access to your money and he went inside the bank today took an hour off work again to try to straighten this up well lo and behold they can't fix it right now and it could be as long as this coming up Tuesday it's about to be Christmas we are supposed to be out of town this weekend we have no money and they wouldn't even let him get any cash out of his account with his ID and everything what do we do these people are running our entire Christmas I'm devastated because I don't know what to do and they're telling us it's going to be almost a week but we can't even get any of our money right now all the stores will be closed too for Christmas it's just the worst day of my life for the second time dealing with these people can anybody refer me to anyone I can call or maybe do something else about it cuz this was a supervisor at the Arlington Bank on Matlock that tells me he can't even help me get any money in the out of my account from inside the bank this is a terrible Bank I mean awful Bank I would never refer anyone to this Bank cuz we can't even do anything without getting locked on our card and when you cannot go inside of a bank to withdraw money there's a problem with that whole system and that supervisor when you have money in your bank please somebody help me a phone number anything

They truly r a bank I wouldn't recommend. Their online application had bugs. I had 2 provide additional info in person when I could get there during business hours. I only found that out by calling their toll free number. Once at the branch that was processing the application, they were understaffed. I was actually approached about going 2 another branch. I told them I was directed 2 come here! After an hour or more of waiting, the guy couldn't find my app! He needed help! After it was all over, I was approved the next day with a rather high limit! That's the only reason they get 2 stars. Since getting the card, I've been given all types of run around about my statement bonus. They kept lying about when it would appear. When the day came 4 it 2 b on my account, now I have 2 wait a full statement cycle! I spent more than triple the required money! Y must i wait this long 4 them 2 fulfill their end? Say what u will about bank of America! They didn't act like this! As soon as I spent the required funds, my statement credit was released way b4 the 90 day time frame! Also, their website is often buggy!

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a $2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady!

The WORST BANK EVER. I put 2 IRAs in their bank which belonged to my kids and I took out some but after awhile all the money was gone. They won't talk to me. I'm the Custodian of the accounts. One account was put in as an IRA the other was regular. That was 2 years ago, I have done Nothing cause I don't have money for an Attorney My son and I went in over 6 months ago, someone switched the account from regular to an IRA. Said my son at 17 couldn't touch his money cause he didn't have a DL. He had a school ID and me. SomeOne Stole My Kids Money and I Need Help To Get It Back

Worst bank ever. I have banked with many banks over the years and I have NEVER had as much trouble as with this bank. I opened the account over the phone and wasn't given a PIN for my debit card. I had to go into a branch to change it which I found out after a lengthy hold with customer "service". I successfully changed my pin yet the banker failed to tell me that my account was completely locked out. I had to go into a branch again and they "didn't realize" they had a signature card on file so they had completely locked out my account. I couldn't withdraw $$ at an ATM OR in person and This bank doesn't offer transfers to external banks for free. Save your sanity and bank somewhere else.

Atm took $200, filed a claim and said they would contact branch manager and have branch manager contact me. After 1 week without response I called back and they said they couldn't find the check. Asked them why branch manager never called me and new rep said we don't contact branch managers we contact atm company. So why was I told differently?! Also told them it was $200 cash not check, review the "recorded" phone conversation. Said the previous rep put it in as check and they have to redo claim. After investigation they said the atm wasn't over BS! Told them to look at cameras, was told they saw me making a deposit, yet I got $0 put into my account? Makes no sense, logically if you see me making a deposit obviously some amount went in. No receipt because atm malfunctioned after deposit. After getting no where I filed with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Not only then did they send a letter and said they'll credit my account, but they didn't state it was probationary. Another few weeks pass and they debit my account the same amount stating they still didn't find the money. So pretty much they just gave me money to cancel my claim with CFPB and took it back after the claim was canceled. I've since closed my families personal and business account with them but left this account open until I get my money back. It's definitely the principle, to make me out to feel like a thief when they STOLE money and treat me like dirt just because this one account didn't reflect the millions I had in THEIR other accounts. Shows you their nature, you treat everyone the same level of respect regardless.

I get abandoned in the drive through all the time. Now I pull up on a Friday and the drive-thru is closed. These people need some help they need some management they need some customer service skills ASAP
