I have worked with Isaiah for over a decade and he has helped rental searches, sale, and home purchase (just closed on 2nd sale yesterday and currently on my 3rd purchase with a new build). I appreciate and value all of his support and genuine advice. He and his team have many years of expertise in real estate and have been so great to work with. Super helpful and knowledgeable, and look forward to many more years of working with him!

I’m reposting this. I wasn’t flagged for inappropriate conduct or anything but after researching, found there are some glitches so reposting my legitimate review of this company that didn’t represent me, however, was my direct counterpart in a business deal.I NEVER give google reviews but thought the biggest purchase of my life with my counterpart’s less than adequate agent deemed it to be necessary. If I could give zero stars it would still be too much. Luckily I had an established relationship with a reputable realtor that I trust and am committed to and Isaiah, the realtor and broker in this circumstance, was a dumpster fire (to put it politely). So difficult to get in touch with and also in the end he didn’t actually explain options and contractual obligations to HIS client which caused all sorts of complications for all us. 10 out of 10 would never recommend and would encourage you to find a competent realtor that’s actually willing to at least consider the needs of the situation… and you know, who is responsive. Do better, Isaiah.I seeing you blocking me on Facebook for leaving a review there! You really are a full fledged dumpster fire. I hope you have the professional life you deserve ?️??Edit based on owner’s response: I was the buyer in this circumstance, so how in the world would my review be based on hearsay? Our realtor updated us on all the communication and based on the comments the seller made to us (because he wouldn’t leave for the final walk through), she let us know she communicated that you should have a conversation with your client about what they can and cannot take per the contract. After the funding went through, we went to the house and the garage was filled with their stuff and they had taken the curtains and rods, which per the contract was to stay. When we let the seller into our house, they stated they didn’t even know a leaseback was an option they could request. The offers and the counteroffers run through the realtors and they advise us on how to navigate it, so my review is certainly not based on hearsay and the review is certainly not disingenuous considering I was on the other end of this business deal you were representing. Disingenuous is not representing your own client the way you should. I shouldn’t have had to deal with the curtains and rods being removed and DEFINITELY shouldn’t have been in a situation where the seller didn’t know that he didn’t have the option for a leaseback and could just come back into the house to get his stuff after the funding went through. But sure, we were the difficult party.
