Beautiful clothes and accessories!
However, the staff need to work on their customer care services/relations!
The one wearing a pink jean baggy trouser today was very sassy and acting as if answering a customer’s question is a task so great.
The other rude one of the other cashiers; she was tall, black and busty.

Came in to do a simple return. As I was checking out the manager Shawn or Melissa not sure what her name was is very rude. She won’t acknowledge you and she just rolled her eyes at me simply because I took the initiative to say hey goodmorning. For a manager of a store she should be more kind to her customers. There is no reason to have a nasty attitude to someone who has done absolutely nothing to you. Being kind to people cost nothing, won’t visit this location anymore.

I am here at 8:29 pm. Why are the doors Locked. The sign display shows Close at 9pm. This wouldn't happen in southwest area.

I usually wear an XL but decided to purchase a 3XL for more room. The jumper turns out to be skin tight. Like who's 3XL is that??? I also purchased a necklace because I wanted a little bling. I wore it from Saturday to Sunday and come Monday. My neck was so irritated it left scars. Not only that, the worker felt it was professional to use profanity in front of me and my young daughter. I would not have experienced the service at Macy's. And that's where I will shop from now on.

covid is over and yet they still haven't open up dressing room I stop shopung here 4 that very reason they clothes are not true 2 size and alot are final sales they are scamming the public you can do refunds store credit instead this use 2 be a good establishment but after covid they are full of bs

Today seem to be a busy day and many items to choose from right on up to the kid’s selection ,the staff still was pulling out some new items TO PUT ON THE RACKS and o tell y ???????it get harder to go in just for what you supposedly had went for in the first place!. But I tell you them ??SALES ?THAT RAINBOWS ? BE HAVING ALONG >sorry

The Jr summer selection consists of half naked clothes or showing your belly. There is no in-between. If you like to keep it classy, skip this one. If you come at 7, also be prepared to be vacuumed but hey at least they have cute baby clothes even though I came for me for once.
