5/25/25 8:20pm... Bathroom hallway was blocked off by product bins. I didn't ask why. I am a full time Uber driver and average 15 gallons of gas a day 5 to 6 days a week at Racetrac. Never mind all the drinks and food I buy there. Racetrac is my preferred gas station because of the Upside discount on gas I get, the coffee and the Tortilla Chips. Naturally I have to use the bathroom while I work too. I use Racetrac and QuickTrip equally as much but I have NEVER had a problem with QuickTrip gas station bathroom being closed. Not even while they clean them. At least once a month one of the Racetrac gas stations I go to feel the need to have their bathrooms closed to the public. It's usually at night too. It's almost as if the staff want to keep people from using them at night. 🤔

Whoever is the lady wearing black glasses around 350-4 p.m. is rude. I wanted to get gas and some items. I didn't need the attitude or facial expressions walking in. The eyebrow raise and death stare glance are not what I expected today. I understand not wanting to be at work, but there's a difference between professional and rude.
Quit if you're going to treat people horribly. Lose the attitude.

White old lady didn’t want to break my $100 bill to put gas for my car she refused my money and was very hostile, rude and petty towards me. I understand if you didn’t want to give me change but you could’ve been nice at least. Racist behavior I will call corporate and file a complaint.

I've been going to RaceTrac for years and the night management told me that my ice tea didn't count as the $1.00 app promotion and charged my $1.89! Worse customer service ever with green hair!

Worst Race Trac I've ever been to, and I've been to hundreds. Never go here if you're almost out of gas. Call someone and help push it to a closer gas station, as it'll save you money and from the rudeness of the employees later. Bathrooms finally looked better from the pictures previously, but coffee machine parts shouldn't be on the ground in a bucket of water to be cleaned, when there were still parts on the machine that needed to be cleaned. Roller grill had no items, at least one grill should have items at any given time. Teas shouldn't have even been there at the time I was there, bo expiration date on the teas, could have been older than what was supposed to be, I wouldn't doubt it. Charged my friend for a full thing of sweet tea when he had 1/4 of the small cup. Better to have thrown the money away than buy it from them. Other friend got yelled at for asking for water. We didn't know that water was a hot commodity and was so sacred that you musttell at anyone and say "We don't got water!" I'll make sure to bring water from where it's not sacred to tarnish the name. Got yelled at as well for not "buying" anything and drawing on the window of the drink cooler. Used my points because I go to Racetracs all the time, and they said they have to "clean them daily." If I had a dollar for everytime you didn't, I could pay the salary of the employee who left a review here saying they don't get paid enough to deal with "rude customers." Maybe that's why you have rude customers, lack of experience and respect for anyone. In fact,they decided to talk negatively about us behind our back as the other half of our group is in the store. Terrible people with miniscule thought processes. You think that would be the end but no. Coincidentally, she had a smoke break around 10:30, maybe an hour into the shift, to sit out and watch us. Absolute waste of a property for this cesspit of a place.
