Air pump and vacuum were both broken. Everything else was fine, but we only stopped for the air and had to go to QT. The air at QT was free as well.

I’ve been coming to this racetrack for years now, love the store and all the workers that have been there, but this review is for the associate named “Big Joe” came in there with my emotional support dog, (keep in mind I have always taken my dog in there with no issue) and he insisted that he couldn’t take care of me as a customer because they “don’t allow dogs in there” and that if I wanted to buy something I had to show him my dogs papers, had to leave my 8lb dog outside with somebody for me to buy a bag of chips. After I got my chips I came inside again and asked him if there was any way for me to contact his manager, he responded with “I have to ask you to leave, I feel like I’m being harassed”, keep in mind he’s like 6’1 at-least 300lbs, I’m 5’9 195lbs, this so called “Big Joe” is the real definition of a male Karen!Just an add on, when I was walking out I said “you doing to much”, he responded with disrespect, I continued by asking him “is this the way you take care of your customers, please don’t talk back to me and do your job” I guess he took that as an offense and decided to tell me “I bet you want me to go back to them cornfields” MIND IM PUERTO RICAN AND MY OWN MOTHER IS BLACK, MR.Big Joe please do better.

Nothing but disrespectful, obnoxious sub-humans employed at this location. Go across Texas HWY 360 to the other Racetrac store less than 2 miles away for more professional service.
