My son dropped his phone off at 12 PM they said the phone will be done at 4 PM the phone was not done at 4:36 PM they asked us to come back within an hour we came back within an hour and they were closed. The next day was Thanksgiving they were closed text us this morning at 9:15 AM talking about the phone will be done at 10 AM we went back to go get the phone all he could do was apologize and say that the guy had an emergency but still charged us the full price

I COMPLETELY disagree, whole-heartedly, with the negative reviews before me and stand to contest them 100%.I went here for help with my phone a few years ago (approx 2-3 years ago) - and I AM COMING BACK this week to fix ANOTHER phone! It was an Awesome experience for me and for all my referals thereafter. He Had Same day, walk-in services, as well as drop off for a future pick-up available - I did same day due to urgency. He had no problem taking the time to help me - and was happy to do it! Great customer service - had different options to meet whatever my needs were, was clear in explaining them - and was fairly priced in his services. Also I WILL BE TAKING my computer here, AS WELL. I always recommend this shop every time it applies to everybody I talk to. I am so glad he is still in business - I won't go anywhere else. It is great knowing I have someone I can depend on and trust when I need them!*** I have absolutely NO problem with someone who is obviously HONEST and gets the job done (He has been in business for YEARS). Personally, it is REASSURING and speaks volumes about his business that he has such a long line of customers, If you ask me!!! Complaining about the timeframe for a phone repair does not make the Government suddenly overnight your ordered part NOR does it mean your item does not have to go through customs inspections and it will NOT result in any special rush priority of arrival - and all that wasn't caused by this 1 man, either. Covid interupted the ease of availability in ALL different industries and services provided - some things were harder to get and some were temporarily unavailable completely. Even in current Economic Conditions - there are delayed shipping times, denied customs entries, refused foreign shipments, increased prices, limited staff to fulfill orders, and many other hurdles that Global and Local Suppliers are faced with when trying to operate comparably to Pre-Covid. None of that is because of this man who's only fault was trying to offer Customer Satisfaction to *Out-Of-Touch-With-Reality* consumers who think the world revolves around their every demand all while rules/regulations don't apply to them. GET REAL, PEOPLE and use your Common Sense. All industries continued AND continue still to take on customers in need of services without knowing the impact of the ripple effect that was to come in the future from the unprecedented and unforeseen Natural Occurances over the last 3 years. Truth be told - many business were displaced for good, filed bankrupt, permanently shuttered, or transformed completely to attempt to adapt - Not to mention the MANY who were not capable of surviving such a task and are sitting in JAIL for Scamming the People and Government ••••FOR REAL•••• throughout the pandemic and beyond. - HE SURVIVED & IS STILL HERE - ENOUGH SAID. Having trouble getting service that I paid for. They told me 7 to 15 days to unblock IMEI. It's been 3 months!! The supposed owner took my order and played the blame game when I went it last week. He asked me to give them another 7 days after they have been working on this since May. Not satisfied with service at all.

Great Service Came In Looking To Sale My IPhone 11 Because I Recently Got An IPhone 13 Pro Max. He Worked With Me Even Through Both Of My IPhone 11s Had A Small Dent In It. He Gave Me A Price I Could. Not Turn Down.. Honestly Great Costumer Service And Was Honest About Everything.

Don't trust this place. Ron sold me a used computer that I needed for school. He was adamant about me purchasing this particular one. $200 and a week later, I find out that he still has all access to MY computer that I purchased. When I called him out on it, of course he started to gaslighting stating I'm paranoid and what not. Luckily for me, i lived with the ultimate gas lighter LOL so I've learned from the best. But that's neither here no there... I'll let the photos speak.... Prior to this purchase, I use to always take my broken iPhones to him to repair them. I can only imagine with this creepy stalker did with my personal stuff. To prove the creepy stalker statement, below is a screenshot of the instagram proof.
