11/10/24 at 2:30 am… Cashier placed a sign on the cash register that said “back in 5”. Well I ran into him inside the restroom and once I was done I went outside to get some items and waited about 7 minutes for the cashier to come back. He never came back out, and the store was a mess. Puddles of water everywhere, cups on the floor, nothing to grab the taquitos with, and no one to attend me. Doesn’t help that the air pump was broken.. Horrible experience. Ended up leaving.

I like to grab coffee before going to work but coming to this location is always a waste of my time they're usually always out of their creamer and when you ask for it to one of the employees it's like you're asking for a miracle you have to literally wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to go and grab creamers. Not once have I encountered an employee that doesn't seem upset because I want creamer. I work in Irving and lately I just go straight to irving and stop at the location on Oconnor they are always in stock and seem happy there. Every time I give this location a try I regret it.

Actually great store and staff. However "patrons" like to use handicapped spaces illegally. When an actual "DV" handicapped vehicle arrived this morning they had to park elsewhere because of this persons lack of respect for their fellow citizens. Very frustrating to those of us that choose to follow the rules. So, make note of this car. If you see them, remind them how selfish and disrespectful they are. Takes a village.

I dropped by this QuikTrip to quench my thirst with some high-quality h20. Unfortunately, they did not have the quantity of product I needed for the Zen Wtr I was looking for. I requested Betrice to check inventory to validate that there were no extras in the back, which were not stocked she checked but could not find any. She suggested a different bottle, but the same product that satisfied my need to stay hydrated. I recommend this QuikTrip due to the high-quality customer service and problem solving displayed by Betrice with the heart earrings.
