Been goin to this location everyday since 2016 as I live right across the street. But it seems they always got new people working here, and they get younger and younger especially in the kitchen. I order biscuits and gravy and I had to tell her what it was and how to make it seeing she didn't know what it was or never heard of it and they think I it's a sandwich and keep the biscuits together and just poor the gravy over it and heat it which never gets the entire entrée heated. But other then the kitchen messing up every now and then they are awesome.

I came here at 10/19/23, 12:30 pm. The cashier here was a f@chin' ass to me and my buddy. No reason. My buddy says, "have a good one" the jerk behind the counter rudely respond, "yeah whatever".

Well I am guessing that you can bring food from home and heat it up in there and plus they have priority from customers that buy from there and want to heat up that food.

There’s a new guy there whose been working there for a month or two. He’s always have a look on his face as if he have a pre bias against me any time I come to his register, he makes me uncomfortable. He has black hair swoop to the side and look to be 24 maybe. I haven’t done anything to this guy but I’m so uncomfortable any time he’s a cashier. He seems to be friendly with everyone else and I do not know this guy. Well today he purposely asked me if I had ebt , he assumed. He’s old enough to know not to ask that. Then when I told him to not assume l, he brushed it off and went to other register to take another customer when I had another transaction. I spoke to another clerk that has been there for awhile and is always nice, I told him about the situation and that he need to learn better customer service. I seen that cashier laughing at the register as I was telling the other clerk what happened. I don’t know what his problem is but he doesn’t know what some is going through and for him to choose who to be rude with i automatically can assume what type of person he is. When people think of quicktrip it’s usually quick friendly service but with him he just seem like he’s not a good person at all. I will be going back in because like always for years but I will try to avoid him as a cashier.

Has customer service left the building once again I put the items on the counter and no hello no nothing $6.58 no will there be anything else, give me the money and even that is not being said that is what you are implying since the transaction has been totaled out and I wanted gas you have to go back and add the gasoline, what is wrong with cashier's no customer service and your attitude sucks...
