It seems that the property is poorly managed because when i scheduled a tour and got there on time they gave me “we dont have any thing to tour right now” seriously what kind of management is this, what a waste of time.

I find it spectacular, I love it and it is close to my area where I want to continue living and I have my son's schools but I have been checking for a year to move here in a 2 bedroom and every time I call they tell me that there is no availability however in the page becomes available, I will keep trying because I really like the property for my children and family. I would like to move in November, I still have time to continue insisting here but if you could help me it would be better. Thank you so much

These apartments use to be so great to stay until they starting showing rental discrimination. They moved the whole family and friends over here then issues start to get create because people feel since their family members are management they get by I can’t wait to somebody really investigate the property manager. I’m no longer even comfortable they occupied units to family n friends and tell people theirs no availability. Been in a 2 bed with 4 people for 2 years this has became a very unprofessional community and things has gone so far down hill I can’t wait to get from over here . This matter will definitely get handled

I recently just moved in, in December and so far I’ve had a great experience. The townhome that I am currently staying in is really up to my standards very affordable . There’s a couple of things that need some fixing other than that it is a very nice place. My kids instantly made friends the moment we moved in haven’t had any problems, the office staff, of course is wonderful and very understanding and helpful as well. The only thing I dislike is the parking.

Honest review: you will NOT have a problem with management. They were some of the nicest people. They even have signs offering help (diapers, etc) to people who need it. And they organize a lot of activities for the kids.You will NOT have a problem with maintenance. Something breaks, they fix it right away. If it’s an emergency, same day. All other things, 1 day maybe 2. And the kids leave trash all over the place. On the lawn. On the street. And there’s always trash bags and mess around the dumpster. But they clean the grounds every day. Honestly, I don’t know how they put up with it. Because it’s disrespectful and disgusting.YOU WILL have a problem with neighbors. Not all their fault tho. I lived on the first floor. The walls are thin. You can hear everything from a remote control dropping to talking and even when skinny people walk it sounds like they weigh 500 lbs. And if they have children, RIP to your peace. It will sound like thunder every time they run back and forth. And you’re lucky if the parents actually care and tell them to sit down. I was just lucky that I didn’t hear that noise during the night. My upstairs neighbors were decent on one side. On the other, they let their kids run around as much as they wanted to. It was just about nonstop during the day. And the setup is horrible. You have 2 families living above you. You have to deal with one family living above you on one side of your apartment. Another family on the other half. It’s like they did everything they could to cram as many apartments above you as possible. When one family is gone, it’s great… until you hear stomping from the family on the other side. No peace. If you can get a top floor or a townhome, take it. If you can deal with the thin walls and noisy kids, it's not that bad. But if they try to give you a first-floor apartment, DO NOT TAKE IT. You will not have peace if anybody is above you. And nothing is more stressful than not being able to relax in your own home. I had earplugs.. didn’t work. Headphones. Still heard the noise. It’s a life you don’t want. Trust me. If you got nowhere else to go, I get it. Take a first-floor apartment here IF YOUR ONLY OTHER CHOICE IS BEING HOMELESS.
