Brett Bell is the bank president, and he is a man of integrity and humility. Each time I go into the bank, I am greeted warmly by the staff. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

Been a customer for years, both business account and personal. Very unhappy with this branch and bank policy in general. ATM card randomly gets turned off and have to call in to get turned back on, not 24 hr number so have to wait until open. Branch is constantly "understaffed" so either closes or drive thru only, so if you want a full service bank go elsewhere. Seems bank is more concerned with the company parties then customer service. I will be closing my accounts soon.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Went to open a new account. Had to wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged and gave directions. While waiting 3 employees walked by, none smiled, they didn't ask if they could help us. At that point, we decided this was not the bank for us to deposit money or the kind of people we want to work with. Customer service is not on this banks agenda.

I had no idea there was so much a bank could do for me. They were very helpful in explaining all my financial options and making me feel comfortable with my financial choices. Would highly recommend

When I started it was legacy and I loved it closed all accounts but this one and now that Prosperity owns it ...I Hate It! Horrible customer service from "forgetting to order my replacement card to never setting up my online account! You know it's sad when an online bank does more for you than one you have had for 5 years!

Ursula Rodriguez Carre is a great Mortgage Officer who knows what she's doing 100%. She helped make the process go by very smoothly. She definitely cares about your needs and is here to help!! So happy our realtor put us in contact with her. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Went into this bank/mortgage company yesterday and I feel they're a GREEDY COMPANY/BANK in my opinion, and they have NO compassion.Apparently, they took over Legacy Texas and acquired all customer's loans.Well, Legacy Texas gave me an un-just late fee. They had no understanding, so I fought and I refused to pay Legacy Texas. There appears to be NO forgiveness!Since Prosperity Bank now has my mortgage loan. Their system for some reason CAN'T delete my late fee that happened with Legacy Texas over a year ago.The sad thing is since Prosperity Bank took over my mortgage loan. I've NEVER been late or missed a payment.

I began my banking here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth back in 2001. At the time it was Community Credit Union. Years later they were bought out by ViewPoint Bank, which was bought out by Legacy Texas, which was recently acquired by Prosperity Bank. In all my years banking with the aforementioned banks, I have never had such slow pathetic customer service like I have with Prosperity Bank. And I want to make mention that I am not quick to judge or to complain about an institution or business. The app is the worst. The wait time through their customer service 800 nbr this past Tuesday and today has been 30 minutes plus. The online chat option is just as bad. I spent over 20 minutes trying to get someone to respond to one in query this past Tuesday. And when I finally got an agent, all they could say to me this morning was, "well compared to how it used to be we are much better on our wait time." I said to the gentleman, you cannot offer your customers excuses like this and think that it rights a wrong. I have now, after all these years of merger acquisition since Community Credit Union, have taken my business elsewhere.A few other things. You must be using voice over internet lines because the connection is really bad. Your on hold music is as bad as the music played by the state of Texas while holding for the driver's license division. It is horrific. Is this the best you can do for your customers?

The business banker at this location is very difficult to reach or to return calls or emails. Also, they claim to be SBA proffered, however, she will tell you she doesn’t recommend using the SBA due to fees involved. Poor service at this location and definitely no follow through with of any kind.

It's a very nice bank with a very nice group of people that work there. It's conveniently located and also has Saturday banking hours.

Prosperity Bank has a community bank culture. Come in and see what that means. Ask about our community involvement and meet the team and see the smiles. Be part of Prosperity Bank community.

Bret, with Prosperity Bank, is a staple in the community of Arlington. He always has the best interest of others in mind and is extremely collaborative in the banking world in order to help out his clients. He will take the time to walk you through your options and make sure you understand them when it comes to commercial lending. Great bank, great people.
