My family and I are in the process of moving and have been frequenting this outlet often. The store is great for finding awesome Pottery Barn deals. However, when making big purchases be mindful of who you ask to assist you. We have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Priscilla twice. First time I went we applied for the PB credit card to get 10% off our purchases and she refused to give us the discount. It took the manager close to an hour the next day fixing her errors. Today, I called the store to reserve items and she told me the items were not in stock. Went to the store a few hours later and found all the items and she was rude to us the entire time. The manager of the store is amazing and more than helpful just unpleasant working with Priscilla.

Some good finds and some still just as expensive as if you went to the store. Super friendly staff from our experience.

Not worth the trip from Plano to Arlington. I got two items, that it was not until I got home that I realized both items were charged incorrectly. They did not add the additional discount.
You will get a better discount at the store. They only have 40 or 50% of the retail price and the mayority of the items are damage.

POV... Not my kind of place to shop. Overpriced damaged goods. Several boxes available to look through for more damaged reduced items.Great location and nice staff!

Do not shop here. The prices are outrageous for damaged goods. Compare to the rest of the new furniture market and you will buy new at Nebraska.

Wow was looking for outlet prices but this place is higher than the stores. Absolutely no savings here. Don't waste your time. Just as a. Example a set of 10 outdoor lights 99.00! Can get same set at Target for 24.99

Sometimes find cool stuff but not that much less expensive than the main store. Good place to go if you're looking for a possible match to other PB pieces you've found previously (you can actually call to ask and they will look for you if not too busy).They do keep the store quite tidy and organized and the sales staff are friendly and willing to help or answer questions.I personally like the outlet store more in San Marcos as it's just different, but this one is nice too.As I said they are helpful on the phone too if you're searching for a particular piece and are pretty knowledgeable about what they have and/or willing to look if not too busy.
