no safety policies in place. AT ALL.today I came in with pepper spray. They wouldn’t allow me to bring it in. Which is understandable because it’s considered a “weapon” but when I started asking the EMPLOYEES what THEY would do if someone came in right now with a gun….They stuttered. Then they admitted, they had no idea.Thanks.

I visit a lot of Planet locations as I travel. When I pulled up to this deteriorated strip mall I was really hesitant but walking into Planet it was another world. Super clean, in the gym and locker room. I appreciated the organization of the facility, even though they did have things in tightly due to the smaller space. Very friendly staff. I wish the showers had deeper pockets for a caddy, don't love the loofa and wash cloth or glove on the title and no chair or table in the changing room to hold stuff either but all in all a great experience!

I was introduced to planet fitness through use of my daughter's black card membership. Now I'm a black hard holder myself. I was ready to sign up for several reasons. I appreciate the greeting and encouragement when I come and go. The app has a crowd meter to help you know when its crowded. The app also makes signing in easy for myself and whoever I bring with me and there's so much equipment it's easy to get in a good workout. It seems like everyone cleans their station after each use, and there's plenty of cleaning supplies. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and it seems almost everyone practices spacing on the treadmills, bikes, and skis when it's possible. The bathrooms and locker room are always pretty clean and fresh too. Remember to try the hydro massage when you visit. The massage chairs are definitely a plus. I wish you well on your workout journey!
