Assistance management is very terrible , he maybe causing planet fitness to lose customers never accurate about his information.. shows favoritism towards customers makes it very difficult to join this Young man need to be replaced.

I've been going to this gym since April of 2024 the general manager Austin hunt is very rude and disrespectful. I try to avoid coming in early or if he's here I don't feel comfortable asking him questions, he always says wait until the supervisor comes in when he's the general manager he should know simple things he's been here a while.

Planet Fitness is a great gym to work out. It has so many perks. A great atmosphere and great employees to work with. It is a great location and the so clean insiide.

Excellent place, very clean areas (machines and bathrooms), the staff is friendly, respectful, they welcome you every day, pleasant music, the trainers are attentive. I constantly observe that they clean the areas very well. I feel comfortable.
