  I took my mom to conduct a transaction at the Pinnacle Branch off of Cooper. The branch was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. Although I personally do not bank here I felt very welcomed and highly considering opening an account. It’s nice to know that my mom’s banking needs are being met.

  atm took my card while I was counting my money to deposit.Not even a minute and it took my card into the atmAnd they restricted my debit card! So now I can’t even use my phone or anything to get my money!They got emailed and never responded about the issue .
