Picked up my pup after a full-service groom ( which was excellent, btw) only to be told by the evening manager that my 25% off coupon would not be accepted. My coupon clearly states the percentage off, the service provided, and the expiration date, all of which was valid. Instead of being helpful, he proceeded to argue with me. I have gone to this store at least once a month for grooming, dog food and other pet supplies. NO MORE!! They have just lost a good customer due to their manager's attitude!

Every time me and my fur baby come here we are greeted with the nicest employees ALWAYS! We come here once or twice a month for the self wash station. It’s always clean & well stocked. I will always recommend this place. Thanks to all the sweet employees here !

Really disappointed and disheartened in my experience with them and the foster agency they work with. I attempted to adopt a kitten from them, and they sold it out from under me. I had a conflict so I preferred to delay purchase one day and didn't want to distress the animal anymore than necessary. I offered to prepay, but they instead proposed a 24 hour hold. I arrived within the agreed upon window, and the kitten was already sold. They had my contact information. I did not receive a call or any notification. I understand the confines they were working under, but I'm still highly disappointed.

The store atmosphere was very calm and the groomer was great. So kind and attentive. This was our first visit. This was the best de-shedding we've ever received. Our dog was soft and clean. There was plenty of staff to assist.
This will be our new groomer and well stocked store.
I would recommend.

We love having our dog groomed at Pet Supplies Plus! They always love on our little girl and make us feel like she is special. She always leaves looking great and she is happy. Thank you for the great attention to our pup!

I went in to buy 5 goldfish they refused to sell me them because I didn’t have a 55 gallon tank these were not big goldfish it was utterly ridiculous of the employee to refuse to sell me 5 two dollar fish .

Buy my dogs food and treats there. Reasonable prices and if your dog doesn't like it, you may return it. Also great people work there..

I came around 10 AM on a weekday and felt like the employees would prefer I didn't bother them. I needed advice on proper manteince for my pet between groomings but was frustrated no one helpful was around. There was a young lady at the register that was sweet and spoke on my way out but I couldn't justify the prices without some input from a sales associate.

Let bath area is always gross. The drains reek. The bath tubs are not very stable.

I love shopping here! Everyone is always so friendly, greet every guest, and offer to carry my purchases to my car. The store is always well stocked and cleanly organized. I recommend all pet lovers to shop here!!
