Elijah is a great and understanding individual. At first meeting him he was professional and understanding to the point that me and my brother felt more like we were talking to a friend who was understanding and helping our situation with our apartment this guy is definitely a top tier agent and I appreciate the hell outta him keep him as long as you can if you let him go it will be a big loss

Ducks all in the pool area pooping. Lights not working outside making too dark and unsafe. Yet I get a $100 fine for having a kids small pool on balcony because they refuse to keep the pool clean. Also i had a water leak inside a bathtub causing my utilities to go up. Did they offer to pay, nope but want to fine people for the dumbest things.

Elijah was such a big help in making the application process and move in went perfectly smooth and that all was taken care of as should be!! This is our first week here and we are already having a good feeling about how our stay here is going to be!! Thank you so much

Failure to make repairs! Failure to properly and safely clean for make ready properly! Failure to have sanitary conditions with trash pick up and overcharging residents! Continue nasty overflowing trash containers! They are more concerned with keeping landscaping up than residential apartments! Leaking ceilings, sewer flies coming from drains and only quick fix without cleaning the pipes the connect units. 3 months before someone. Same to fix the drier that was a fire hazard for daughter’s apartment. Never fixed leaking ceiling from rain runoff. They paint over windows and screens, fixtures without cleaning up. Paint poured down drains, bathroom vents full of paint residue and don’t work properly because of it. They stalk the residents for infractions constantly. I have multiple proof photos. They don’t manage owners with dogs and waste .

They all a big help and understood what I was looking for as a person. Even has a lady for Lights if you needed help with looking for electricity.

RUNNNNNNN!!!!!!! If I could do 0 stars I would. We moved in May they told us we won’t pay till July. Never called us. Never texted us. Never came and knocked on the door. Now they are trying to evict us. Wanting July. June. And August all on the 5th. The apartment that they show you are NO WHERE NEAR what you get. You don’t get a beautiful sink. You don’t get a beautiful counters or cabinet. They have 5 pools. NONE ARE OPENED. BECAUSE THEY GOT SHUT DOWN BY INSPECTION. Super dirty. Horrible staffing. ROACHES AS WELL. Fan still hasn’t been fixed 2 weeks since we moved in. Been weeks and weeks gone by. My neighbors around are going through the same thing! (They just moved after us) all they do is abuse of people’s money and time. Their goal is to just get people in and do them dirty. They seem nice and helpful at first. Till you get in. They don’t care about nothing else but money. They say they didnt tell us they had a special for June. Mind you. The financial African American (usually with no shoes just socks in the office) and Makayla TOLD US ON JULY. Again,NEVER CALLED TO GET JUNES RENT. People usually call u after the fourth asking for their money. They go up to your door. They call. They text. They email. THEY DONT LET A WHOLE MONTH PASS! Well that’s what they did with us. Let a whole month pass. And instead of coming up to the door or called THEY CHOSE to wait a whole month and send it in the mail. Again. Please don’t move here. IF YOU DO,RECORD WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE PAPERS. DOUBLE CHECK TRIPLE CHECK. THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE LAZY. MAINTANACE ARE LAZY. INFESTED WITH ROACHES. It’s the first ever apartment complex that I’ve stayed in and they don’t know what they’re doing.

Very good food and a very good atmosphere, the service from Ethan the waiter was excellent and with a pleasant smile that encourages us to return.
