The worst costumer services I ever had in this store #1700 I came in to ask for Auto scanner to check my truck and buy whatever my truck had but old man Name David told me why people don’t buy their own scanners no the good way really rude I told him that’s why you here for costumer services he says no I’m not , so why O’Really got this guy …..Brian Sitton Distric manager better check on this

Shout out to Greg. He is a fantastic person and very professional. I came in there with battery issues, and it was almost 9 pm. He welcomed me inside with a happy face, listened to my problem, and immediately asked if I wanted my battery tested, and I said yes. He came out, checked, and, of course, the battery was dead. He offered to replace it, and I bought one. He said Ma'am, you can sit in your car if you feel cold, and I will take care of you. So nice of him. Now I know where to go for my car support.

They helped me so much. Gregory put my headlight on for me which he had to remove several pieces to do it and it was so cold outside. The lady working was awesome also. I don’t know her name though. This… this is why I come here instead of the other place.

Gregory is the man there! He is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond helping me find the right parts to get my vehicle going. He has helped me on multiple occasions! i'm all thumbs when it comes to cars. he helped me change my wipers, get into my locked car? and replaced my battery. every time, he came through. i appreciate his help and knowledge. he is a great asset to the OReilly team.

Gregory was sooooo sooo HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND PATIENT!! Im a new car driver and came in to replace the battery on my key fob. And he answered my questions even about my headlights and educated me more on my car and what certain things were. Thank you so much Gregory, you saves my day.

Super great store. Jerry helped my wife and I picked wiper blades for our vehicle. He was so friendly and super professional. He treated us so well. We highly recommend this store. Stop by and ask for Jerry. God Bless Jerry, his family and team at work.

Shout-out to Gregory for a job well done and providing outstanding customer service! I walked into this O'Reilly's last night right before closing and received a friendly greeting from Gregory, but the other employee not so much. I know they were closing, but my headlight was out & this was the closest location. Anyway the unfriendly guy got me my light bulb, didn't offer to assist in putting it in or nothing, Gregory did, but I declined thinking I could do it myself because I've done it before on a previous vehicle. After struggling 10-15 minutes trying to get the bulb out, I finally took Gregory up on his offer, and he got it out & and replaced it in no time! Thank you Gregory for helping me and providing great customer service, I know where to come to for any future car needs. ???
