Bad service from the people who don't serve you well, they are angry all the time, they don't give you the answers you ask for, they give you the wrong answers and they get angry because someone told them that those answers aren't what they are until they throw things at you.

Why offer battery checking service if you get upset at a customer for bringing in a battery for said service? Employee sighed and refused to take the battery because he already had 4 and didn’t want to charge another. I said I wasn’t in any rush. He said he won’t take it as the battery will probably be gone when I come back (misplaced/stolen). I went next door to Autozone, and they were much busier and gladly helped.

Terrible service.went to purchase tail light buld I asked for 10mm socket I was asked to search the tool box which I didn't find what I needed. No one wanted to help so I returned the buld the guy said I can get pulled over. Not sure what difference it makes having the bulb I can't put on due to oriellys not having a 10mm socket. Had to check our autozone behind them and got it done.

Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well

Lesson learned always ask for Ted. If he’s out go back when he’s at the store. He’s the only one that knows what he’s doing and talking about. He got me the parts I needed in a timely manner. Appreciate he explained what might be broken and made recommendations versus just try to sell me parts. Thanks again.

Went to the O’Reillys on Pioneer Street in Arlington, Texas. Having issues with the license plate screws kept on losing my license plate because of this. A gentleman came to me and his name was Mr. Grant not only did he help me find the screws and took his time and put the screws in. He had so much patience and was very kind. Great customer service, I suggest you give him a raise!!!

Damn good service. Came in with a bad battery and some nasty terminals. The employee took the time to completely clean my terminals and replace the battery. Definitely a well ran O'Reilly.

Listen man, don't even waste time going here unless you are going to verify this review for your own two eyes. First off, THE PRICES. Way too high compared to auto zone right around the corner. Motor oil was marked up by $4 per quart. They also didn't have any oil change package deals like auto zone. Also, they had a limited selection of filters both air and oil. Had to ask the guy at the counter and he said he kept the one I needed in the back. I guess. Lastly, I went there another day to dump my used oil. Man's at the counter after I asked if they had room gave me a speech about "We are federally only able to take up to five gallons". I'm like thrown off because I only had 16 quarts to dump if that, I'm like "I got 16 gallons sir." Left and dumped it at the auto zone around the corner.
