I had to attend someone else or Reilly did not want to assist me to use the scanner in my vehicle. First they mentioned it to me because of the darkness although it is still clear and I let Johnny know that it was still appropriate to give me attention although they took it as a nuisance I received my point of seeing a treatment that is not at all friendly, much less cordial and only excuses for not doing what corresponds to them, anyway, then they tell me if it is clear but the reason is that they cannot attend if there are not more than three people when I made that mention then no I understand what the reason is, you have to be clear and kind with your customer service, so you can go and maybe return the next day even though there are no customers in the store and I mention that if I could be attended to since There is no one else to serve, yet the decision was no. I arrived at the store at 7:57 pm.
Thank you for your attention but I do not recommend this O'Reilly. In some others, the people are kinder and more accessible or they explain to you if they have any reason why they cannot serve you in a good way, but I always receive any attention that I need. This is the first time that they have denied me a service that is supposed to be offered. to the client.

This is the second time I got a defective alternator and this time it did damage to my pigtail plug to alternator and noone one wants to replace it will warranty the alternator tho. I didn't know it till after I got new batteries because the other 2 were dead. When I put it on it all plugged up right but didn't connect properly to the alternator I found out they need to replace the pigtail plug to alternator as well. I've never had this issue with O'Reilly's before last time I had issues with a parts store like this was when chiefs auto parts was still around and I went thru 6 starters before it was properly corrected.

This used to be my neighborhood go to store on Abrams. They told me it would take 2 hours to turn down 2 rotors. Well, it took about 4 hours. I will find a better source.

Terrible service from a guy named Jhony who was arrogant and racist. And the worst thing is that he is Hispanic. I had to ask him to change cashier so that another very kind man could serve me. Gentlemen like that Jhony makes me not want to return to that place

Shout out to Mike at this location!!! I was freaking out because my car wouldn’t start and it seemed like it was more than a battery issue. I took my battery in to get tested. He tested my battery (dead), found me the right match with his honest opinion, and then after replacing it he checked it (all clear) and I was back on the road within less than 20 minutes. Kind, quick, and professional. THANK YOU MIKE!!!

Edgar was great. I had recently purchased a bulb to replace my license plate light and every auto shop in the area said they couldn't help me replace it, but Edgar said he could. He was quick and kind. If Edgar is there, you'll be taken care of.

I will not ever visit this store or any oreilly store. Sold my husband a used dead battery as if it were new. Left him stranded on the highway shoulder on a motorcycle in 100 degree weather. Offered no apology or explanation. Deserve to be shut down
