Of the other local dive motels this is one of the cheaper ones but of the three in the cheap list it's the cleanest. Staff member was nice and tentative to room issues. This place does not provide toilet tissue or towels. Full size oven and stove but a mini fridge and microwave. When I checked in it only had one pillow but brand new sheets and bed covers. Of everywhere else this is so far my second choice of places. I will likely be back.

Been a great place to stay for many months, good price and safe area. Older style but more like efficiency apartments. Recommended if your not super picky.

We didn't even stay a night it was so bad. Moldy, dirty and worst of all, it was roach infested. We even found a live roach under the fitted sheet..It's definitely not sanitary living conditions! The manager told us this was one of the "better rooms" and people are "dying for one of these rooms." I don't recommend this place at all! Also, no pets allowed, even a service dog. When he walked in to show us the room, he walked in with a lit cigarette and we were holding a baby and our 8 year old was there as well and he was blowing the smoke in her face.Just honestly the worst experience of my life...After only a few minutes of being there, we saw over 7 roaches and continued to see them. Tiny roaches, bigger roaches. Under the bed, on the walls, in the cracks, in the shower. There were horrible stains on the mattress cover. No cable or wifi, he said we would have to go through Spectrum, ontop of what we were already paying. Our family didn't even want to sleep there or eat there, worrying about roaches or something else crawling on us at night while we are sleeping or while we're eating.

*CURRENT RESIDENT AT THIS POINT IN TIME*If it wasn't for the asshole manager this place would be AMAZING! First off he will blame everything on the owner when really it's him and his call. He will talk to you like you're a child and slander your name with lies if he doesn't get his way. He's extremely nosey as well. He wants everybody to see this place as a long term living situation (like an apartment complex) but if you demand the same as you would if you were in an apartment complex then it'll turn back into a motel (I.e nobody going into your room when you're not there, instead of getting kicked out on the day your payments due you'll get a late fee and time to pay, etc). He's extremely judgmental and thinks he has a right to talk to you anyway he wants. If you've ever been to jail that's the worse thing ever! Even though he just went to jail for a DWI like a week ago. He reminds me of that annoying older brother that acts like your boss when mom and dad aren't home. If you do anything, no matter how small, then he'll call and tattle on you (mom and dad are the owners in this instance). Another thing is I'm almost 110% sure that he's fucking over every single tenant. He told me $275/wk then come second week when payment is due all of a sudden it's $295/wk. Not to mention the $100 deposit that I'm going to get back. I've made sure that when I leave everything will look exactly the same. If he doesn't give it beck I'll let y'all know. I've attached text messages between us so y'all can understand just how badly he WILL speak to you eventually. I say that with such surety because everybody I've spoken to that either stays here or stayed here says that it was like that for them as well. So if you don't mind all of that or you are extremely desperate, which is my case (I have rental assistance and moving would be a lot of work and take time or I'd be gone! I'm starting that process tomorrow. I just want to make sure where I go next is where I'll be for the next year or two. Sadly, my RV isn't fully ready yet :(, so if it doesn't bother you and there's no other reason not to...come be a guest! Otherwise two words....STAY AWAY!Side note: the black out parts are where he is slandering my name and talking shit. I didn't want or need them on the internet.
