You know this is a different Office Max right away, as compared to all the rest. In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her. Thank you, Andrea, for instilling in us the belief that there's still hope.

Went to location on Cooper St across from Walmart was one of the first guest in on Monday went to print dept I was treated rudely I ask him the associate if he kindly help with my print options he just kept throwing me off he actually left me standing there and help another customer while I’m standing there still talking to him I didn’t give up on Office Depot instead called the location on little road and received exceptional customer care in print dept but this is how one person can mess up for entire company for their own rudeness and laziness plz find job that you like!

I have always had prompt service for online print orders not today. My order was only for 30 one sided copies and it had been 45 minutes which is usually plenty of time. Employee directed me to the pick up shelf my order wasn't there. I have her the order number they said it wasn't ready and had until the end of the day. I asked if it could be done. I was directed to check in. I asked now what. I was told to wait. I said I can't do they offered to cancel my order since I was rushing the employee. Employee literally did air quotes. I said yes and walked out. It literally took less than a minute to cancel my order. Never going back there again.
