Em and Josh were amazing. They offered great customer service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. The location is not close to me, however I’m willing to drive all the way to this location because of the service.

Lately the office depot team has lost what it previously had in terms of quality and friendliness in service, especially in this store. I think I arrived very early and it seems that it was not organized, nor the team in their respective positions, nor enough employees for all the people who came in the same time (aprox. 20 I was going to make some especial color ( laminated) copies and better I just went in to buy (for an emergency) what I needed and I left disappointed without being able to solve it, they sent me to pay even though I told the person in charge of the printing department that I needed a service, I wanted to ask about some printing machine ( no one to ask) this type of problem makes one feel unappreciated and is going to make everything become robotic and cold where are those smiling employees who used to welcome you? then because it's better to order on Amazon and it's the same thing..

I love love love this Office Depot, I just moved here, and every single time that I have visited this store, its been impeccable service, especially by Kurt, and 2 other employees who worked in that area, even the young lady who rang my purchase up was very nice. Thank you Office Depot for showing the new girl in town, how great your service is. Very well trained employees. They are pleasant when you enter, then promptly assist you with your purchase. Kudos guys, keep up the good work. Love great customer service ? ?

The two girls working in the copy center tonight were so unhelpful and I didn't get my work completed because of lack of help. They acted like it was an imposition when you ask questions or ask for assistance. I'll have to start going someplace else to get my office work done in the future.

Kourtney the manager is an awful employee and probably person too. She was very rude from the start and made me not want to ever return to this location.
Also printing here is extortion rates. Better off buying a printer and paper then doing it at home if you don’t already own one.

Such kind-hearted staff. My friend and I went to print and laminate our papers, and for some reason they just weren't coming out correctly. Even though we were stressed, the manager and sales associate relentlessly helped us fix the issue despite the rush, offering suggestions and even forgiving the printing mistakes! If you were to go to any Office Depot in Arlington, I wholeheartedly recommend this one :)
