I was rear-ended in a hit and run and had substantial damage to my car. NTXCC was kind, communicated well and got me taken care of quickly. Their work was amazing; I even got my car back a week ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

First and foremost I want to say if I could leave zero stars I would. This place is unprofessional and don’t care about their customers nor the vehicles coming in for repairs, it’s all fast labor with cheap products. I would like to mention that the location I went to is off great southwest highway, I went in to take my car for repairs Joe was my adjuster/estimator and he mentioned that the job would be done quick. A week and a half later I get my vehicle back and there are 3 major issues, prior to the car accident and even after the car accident my walk-away lock and remote start were working PERFECTLY fine! When I picked up the vehicle, they were not working and they mentioned that they couldn’t do nothing about it, yet they caused this big issue. The next major issue was air coming in my door, I would drive and air would come inside the vehicle very loudly. When I took my vehicle back the first time they tightened the door and that did not resolve anything. The second time I took it back. They said that they had to keep my vehicle for 24 hours. They called me early morning next day that my car was ready and when I went to pick it up, they told me my driver side door was a couple centimeters off so you mean to tell me that the door was unproperly attached since the beginning? I then thought it was going to be fixed(the air leak) unfortunately it was not when I took it back the third time Marcello drove with me, and he agreed that he did hear the noise. He then kept my vehicle again, and agreed with me that the noise is coming from the fender and that there was not enough foam added, how is this possible, the job should be done correctly the first time! I get my car back told me that they cannot find where it’s coming from, and that it is from crossway winds which it is not and they did not bother to check the fender or padding, they just adjusted the door once again! Excuses. My vehicle did not sound like this before I will attach photos of the sloppy job they did to my vehicle. The foam they used was very much used as you will see, my fender was not properly attached to my vehicle it was lifting. These people are not honest people at all. They will keep giving you the runaround. The very last and final time they keep my car for a whole day to fix the fender I get my vehicle back the air noise is still there. The only thing that has changed is they added a new padding, which should’ve been done since the beginning and it’s not attached correctly STILL. Also, my fender isn’t attached 100% but at this point they cannot seem to fix it PROPERLY! Marcelo’s next excuse was to tell me that the air is coming from the tire and it travels up and hits the mirror. They are full of horrible excuses and lies! Unfortunately, this business does not care about you or your vehicle. All they care about is getting their money and that is sad. They are not good at communication either. Please do not take your vehicle here unless you want your vehicle to come back with extra problems and sloppy work done with cheap products.

This place is not secure. If you drive your car there and leave it in their hands, you will be exposed to fraud. Unfortunately, there is no owner of this place so that you can return to it and find an answer for what happened to you! They are doing what they did. They don't care about your reaction! I should have shared my bad experience with them months ago, and I am sorry for being late. I went through the worst experience with this company, as they put a non-original part in my car. What is strange is that, as professionals, they know that the car will not pass the annual inspection with a non-original part. I will definitely return to them again!! I tried repeatedly to reach the owner of this company to complain. But after shouting until I found a solution with them, they promised me that they would put the original part and that they would take care of the car, so I gave them the opportunity again to repair, and I found an even greater disaster when they repaired again with another new part! They actually put the original part in and returned the car to me with the pride that they could not completely repair the car and told me that it would also not pass the inspection again and I had to go to the dealership to find out what the reason was. In fact, I went immediately to the dealership and they gave me a car report stating that it had new parts! In addition to the damage that happened to the car. Due to poor installation of the piece!! It was such a bad experience that I no longer trust cars to be repaired again except at the dealership

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I DRIVE A JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON. I TOOK MY CAR IN TOWARD THE END OF SEPTEMBER AFTER 4 LONG MONTHS I FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IN A VERY UNSAFE CONDITION. WHERE CAN I START… FRANK SND SUZIE WERE NICE THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS… EVERYTIME I CALLED THERE WAS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE (MECHANIC QUIT, THEY ARE SLAMMED, HAVEN’T HAD A CHANCE TO LOOK AT IT, JUST ORDERED THE PARTS THEY WILL BE IN NEXT WEEK ETC.) I took my vehicle in for suspension, alignment, sway bar replacement, paint job, etc… UPON ARRIVAL EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT, FRANK MENTIONED THE STEERING WHEEL WAS STILL CROOKED.. I ASKED HIM IF THEY HAD TAKEN IT OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND HE RESPONDED WITH YES. NOT EVEN 20 MINS OF DRIVING MY CAR DID I NOT JUST FEEL UNSAFE BUT LIED TO. THE CAR WAS WOBBLING, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SHAKING, AND THE 4WD and traction control light came on. I immediately called Frank and told him what was wrong. I ALSO NOTICED THEY HAD CHARGED THE INSURANCE FOR A REPLACEMNT TIRE THAT WAS TAKEN OFF THE BACK OF MY JEEP (SPARE 5th TIRE) AND REPLACED THE SPARE WITH THE WORN DOWN TIRE. I CALLED FRANK OUT ON IT AND HE SAID THE MECHANIC MUST HAVE IT OR ITS SOMEWHERE IN THE SHOP. WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GET IT HE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT. I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WERE TOO SLAMMED TO CHECK. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND HOPING THE RECHECK IS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO LOOK AT MY CAR ALTHOUGH IT WAS SITTING THERE FOR MONTHS. I WOULD SAY THE PAINT JOB WAS GOOD BUT DO NOTTTT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I WISH I COULD POST A VIDEO BUT I AM UNABLE TO!!!!

Well I had an accident in my car and was very upset, but after the treatment I received from NT Collision, I can say I was very happy! They did a wonderful job. They were quick and very professional. I loved working with this business and I highly recommend it!
