I was in the store before Christmas and twice since. Each time I was greeted on entry and helped immediately each time. The young man helped me buy a pair and and I paid to have another pair mailed to me from Lubbock. Everything went as expected

The manager was a great help and took the time to get a good measurement on both feet. I have been wearing a 15b but found out a 14AA was a better fit. Thanks for taking the extra time to be sure I got the best fit.

The staff are always so caring and exceptional! I’ve bought shoes twice here and have enjoyed them thoroughly ? I won’t be going anywhere else!!
